  Tommy’s used to be great for trucks. I have been going for months without attendants guiding me into it. Now the attendants only allow one truck at a time through the wash. It takes a lot longer now.

  Alexis was very friendly and helpful with the vacuum that was clogged!!! Very helpful and friendly guy at the entrance. He helped with app gate we got a new tag and it was not in the system. 👍🏼👍🏼 two thumbs up for the staff today 04/18/26!!!!!

  Hoy en la mañana fui a Tommy’s Express por primera vez. Me recibió Gaby, fue agradable y me explicó bien sobre cómo funcionan. Un plus es que habla español . Además, recibí la ayuda de Dalton en el área del vacuum fue amable y mostró cortesía. Salí muy complacida con el trato de los empleados y feliz con el carro súper limpio.
