  Great staff that does their best to take care of you as soon as they can even though they are short staffed. I rent from this location all the time.

  Enterprise made my experience very easy the customer service was absolutely phenomenal explaining to me exactly everything that's going on following up with me and making sure that I was taken care of and everything was going good I really appreciate the wonderful excellent customer service. I would definitely use Enterprise again actually we do use Enterprise when we pick our vacation car so thanks again for your excellence and thank every single one of you I really appreciate a wonderful experience. I'm going to suggest they should clean the inside better. It definitely was NOT vacuumed. We found a water bottle under the seat thst was not ours. The car I rented had a cigarette hole on the drivers side seat. This should have been fixed before renting it again. I did mention to them for the first 2or3 days the passengers right front tire had to have air every day. I told them to ckeck it to see why before renting it again.

  I would like to provide feedback regarding my recent experience. The vehicle itself served its purpose; however, my concerns are with how this situation was handled. I was told the branch expects clear communication, yet I received calls from what appeared to be a personal number. If a caller ID does not display a recognizable business name, I typically treat it as spam, regardless of whether my voicemail was full. When returning the vehicle, I inadvertently left a small amount of bagged trash in the trunk. I was subsequently charged $150, which I believe is excessive given the circumstances and that my intent was simply to return the vehicle promptly. Additionally, I experienced a lack of transparency with billing. I was informed that my card could not be processed when I requested it be run again, yet the charge was successfully processed the following day without further communication. This inconsistency raises concerns. Overall, I felt the situation was handled in an unprofessional manner. This is particularly disappointing considering I have spent over $4,000 on rentals. While I understand policies must be followed, I would expect a higher level of professionalism and communication. Based on this experience, I do not plan to use this branch again.
