  Well guys as of right now, I’m going to get five stars. This is just off of the customer service that I have received thus far. But The next step is actually getting the work done and giving you guys an update on how that portion of everything went. Standby and stay tuned. I will give an updated review on how the full experience was from start to finish. I know we hear a lot of times on how shops play with the prices, and create new items for you to replace or REPAIR on your car, once you have it In the Shop bay , or even try to mentally prepare you for all the things they’re going to add in, including a brand new engine that you will need, which is all false, but as of right now, things are good, and I haven’t experienced that , YET, but once again, stay tuned and I will give you the final update after I pick up my vehicle.

  Hands down the ultimate BEST in automotive service that I have known in over 60+ years of owning and driving cars. I have lived and driven in over a dozen states, and several countries overseas, and nobody has come close to their level of service, expertise, talent, honesty, and friendly customer care. Their prices are mor than fair - worth every penny and then some - and they go out of their way to save their customers money. I am a confessed perfectionist, and nobody else is allowed to touch my cars or get near them with tools, except Cody and his crew at Precision!

  I have owned and driven many cars for 60+ years, and Cody and his crew at Precision are by far the very best automotive technicians with whom I have ever done business! They are scrupulously honest, technically expert and talented, dependable, friendly, and a genuine pleasure to do business with. I am a stickler for perfection , not merely “good enough” and Precision lives up to their name and sets a very high bar that the competition can’t clear. Their prices are quite reasonable - worth more than every penny - and they go the extra mile to save their customers money. Simply put, I trust them completely and won’t put my cars in the hands of any other shop.

  We have been customers of Precision Motor Cars for at least nine years, and we can still say with confidence and satisfaction that they are the best in the region for Mercedes-Benz service and repair. PERIOD. The entire crew is professional, friendly, and most importantly, highly skilled. We will be buying a new used Mercedes sometime this year, and this team will service it!

  I had a great experience with Precision Motorcars! The team was professional, honest, and truly went the extra mile to make sure my vehicle was taken care of. They kept me informed throughout the process and made everything smooth and stress-free. It’s hard to find a repair shop you can trust, but they made me feel confident in the work being done. Great customer service, great communication, and quality work. I highly recommend them!
