These guys they are absolutely wonderful I showed up without an appointment and needed tires put on and switched around and (I was probably kind of irritating cuz, I didn't know what I was doing, haha! but they took very good care of me and my car, I was kept informed the whole time a very nice young man worked on my car (Bobby) and he did a very good job he kept me informed, he kept asking me what I wanted specifically and was telling me everything as we went and he just took care of everything! Very nice young man great job thank you Bobby!! And Will kept me entertained in the lobby world my car was being worked on he's very nice young man as well, I even heard him taking care of several customers, offering money saving options, Great Job Guys!!! Save me money and made a not particularly nice situation way better and I can't help but be in love with my car again drives like a brand new one very very smooth everything was perfect thank you!!🙏🙏💯💯💯

Just want to thank the team here for their help as they were closing. My wife and I are headed out of town early tomorrow. They looked super busy when we talked in, but the guy at the desk (apologies as I didn’t get his name) said if he could fit us in, he’d give us a call. But then he offered to come check it out while he had a minute. They didn’t have the tire we needed but he referred us to their Woodstock location. Just overall super helpful in a moment that he could’ve brushed us off. Thanks yall!

This was absolutely the worst experience anyone could ever have and I will be publishing a Google review. Tim Izer Was the rudest individual I have ever met at previously purchased a set of four tires which part of the deal was free tire rotation so I called hand to see how much an oil change would be as well. Tim is the person who quoted the price of $76. When I get to the store, he is rude beyond belief after they take my truck back in a few minutes he’s telling me it needs $800 or work or he will avoid the warranty on my tires. I have recently had my truck checked from one into the other by Killian and knew there was not a problem I went ahead and called Killian and they said I would have some sort of leak if the things they said were happening or not I told him I thought it was a scam and he was incredibly rude. My truck was pulled out and pulled down several times just to make me stay longer when my truck was finally ready. He tried to charge me $119. When I questioned him about it, he said that was the price of the oil change and someone had quoted me wrong and then he was going to put a notation on my account that I was never to be given any kind of discount again he did honor the $76 price. I have never in my 67 years been treated like this. This guy needs to be fired. I will never go back again to this location.

I visited this location recently and the biggest issue was the phone experience. The company would benefit from having a knowledgeable local employee answer calls from within the shop rather than routing customers through an appointment setting service. When customers call an automotive repair facility, they often need answers about repairs, tire availability, pricing, scheduling, and service recommendations. Those questions are best handled by someone who works directly with the technicians and service advisors.
The staff in the shop may do good work, but the disconnect between the phone service and the actual location creates frustration and makes communication more difficult than it needs to be. Investing in local customer service would significantly improve the overall customer experience.
