Tyler and his crew at Mavis have something that most other shops don't - a true desire to help their customers. I have seen on multiple occasions where the making the best decision for their customer overrode all other factors. They stay late, they go above and beyond. They care! I had an outstanding experience with Mavis Tires & Brakes. From start to finish, the entire team was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on helping me.
Julian was extremely helpful on the phone. He answered all of my questions, checked availability for my tire size (225/45ZR17 94W XL), scheduled my appointment, and provided honest, straightforward feedback about my vehicle. He was knowledgeable, patient, and made the entire process easy.
When I arrived, Tyler was incredibly helpful throughout the entire visit. He kept me informed, made sure everything was handled smoothly, and provided excellent customer service from beginning to end.
JT was also a very thorough technician. He took the time to properly inspect my vehicle, explain what he found, and ensure everything was completed correctly. It’s clear he takes pride in his work and pays attention to the details.
