- DMDarina MelnychenkoJun 13, 20261.0Extremely disappointing experience. We booked and paid for this boat two weeks in advance. Before booking, we specifically asked about water skis and a towable tube and were told they were not available, so we brought our own. The boat would not go faster than 20 mph, making water skiing impossible. Had we known this, we never would have rented it. The whole purpose of the trip was to celebrate my son's birthday, and the main activities we were excited about were skiing and tubing. Customer service was also very poor. The office staff were not helpful, we had to keep reminding them about basic things, including bringing life jackets, and no one properly assisted us with the boat. The boat was dirty, with sticky spills and dog hair throughout the seating area. We told this to the guy on the boat and he didn’t seem to care at all. If you're bringing children, keep that in mind. Overall, a ruined birthday, poor service, and a poorly maintained boat. I would not recommend. Skip this company.

The GM, Jack, was able to help us both times…. Saving us a lot of time and money! The staff is so friendly and take great care when moving the boats into and out of the water. Highly recommend!!
