    Our salesperson Janet Baker was wonderful. She helped us find a vehicle that worked for us. She did NOT try and upsell us. In fact, she told us she thinks the lower model meets all our needs. We wanted to go shop other brands before making a final decision. One of the sales managers came out and wanted to know what he could do that would make us sign right then. I explained, we would never sign such a big ticket item without comparison shopping. I must say he was not very pushy at all . He understood and I told him believe in your product and your salesman and we'll be back. Both him and Janet were very helpfull and knowledgeable. I have been in automotive finance industry for 43 years and I feel the finance department can use some help (training). First F&I gentleman was having system problems. I believe it was his first day. But he dated all the paperwork including the contract for that day and entered an estimate of beginning miles on a new car on all the papers as well. We had not even seen the vehicle that we wanted because it needed to be transported from another dealership. I'm not signing a contract with false information and incorrect dates. When we came back to see the vehicle and take delivery we were introduced to a different F&I lady who was very knowledgeable and corrected the dates and mileage and started the finance part from scratch. I do wish they would use paper contracts and form vs. Having to read and review on your small phone screen. Overall, our experience in sales was great thanks to Janet Baker.

    NEVER USE THEM FOR SERVICE!! My A/C isn’t working which is difficult when you live in Georgia! Call the dealership, when you can get a hold of them, and schedule my service for an appointment nearly 3 WEEKS out! Fine, fine we’ll make it work. It’s like waiting for Christmas it’s so far away but then the day finally gets here! Moved stuff around for work, cancelled meetings and get ready for several hours at the dealership. Pull in a few minutes early for my 8 AM appointment time just to find out they will need to hold my car for 5-7 business days (this was on Friday) and hopefully they can complete the diagnostic (not repair, diagnostic) in that time frame. Never given a single heads up or courtesy tip that they’ll need to keep my car for a week. Never going back, never buying a car from them and just writing this review to try and give their other customers a heads up as they obviously don’t care to do so.

    This actually about Shottenkirk Hyundai of Canton’s service department. Buyer beware do not take your car there for service. They took advantage of my 89 year old mother and brother who has a brain injury. They would take the car in for one thing, they would pay for that plus everything else they said they needed and after a day they would still have problems and they said something else needed to be done and they spent more money. Look at this text that came from the manager “We appreciate you choosing to service your vehicle with US. I wanted to personally check in and make sure everything turned out well. If you have any questions or concerns, please text or call me at this number! Thank you, MICHAEL at Shottenkirk Hyundai My mothers response “No they didn't. I would have thought when the air conditioner didn't work you would have checked the blower motor as well as the compressor” From the manager: “Mama. If you go to the doctor for a broken leg they dont check for cancer.” -- MICHAEL WILCOX There’s a lot more but this should give you a good idea. Reporting them to the better business bureau and federal trade commission.

    ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an absolutely AMAZING experience at Grand Hyundai today! From the moment I walked in, the entire team went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Asa, my salesman, was incredible—so kind, patient, and genuinely focused on helping me every step of the way. He truly listened to my “must-haves” and worked with me, even when my situation took a different direction than planned. I never felt pressured just supported. The General Manager, Assistant General Manager, and Finance Manager were just as outstanding. Everyone worked together to make the process smooth, stress-free, and successful. When they say they can help when other dealerships can’t, they truly mean it. The level of customer service, care, and compassion I received was unmatched. I am beyond happy with my new car and so grateful for the entire team at Grand Hyundai. If you’re looking for a dealership that actually cares and will go the extra mile for you, and then a mile after that. THIS is the place to go!

    I spent over six hours purchasing a new Hyundai Tucson after my 2024 Tucson was totaled in a no-fault accident a month ago. Today alone, I’ve been at the dealership for over three hours, after already spending two prior Saturdays selecting the vehicle and completing a credit application. My sales specialist asked me to come in at 4:30 PM today, even though I had requested a morning appointment. When I asked if I could come at 6:00 PM instead (since the dealership closes at 7:00), I was told that would be too late because she needed to attend her daughter’s birthday party. I then asked if I could work with another representative and was told no. To make matters worse, the dealership lost my credit application from last week and increased my monthly lease payment by $80, despite previously quoting me a lower amount and having me sign documentation reflecting that. I reported these issues to the sales manager, who was kind and apologetic, but the situation still left me feeling frustrated and dissatisfied. As I write this, I’m still sitting at the dealership after three hours, waiting to complete paperwork. While the management team has been courteous, the overall experience has been exhausting and inefficient. This process highlighted significant gaps in organization and customer service. Based on this experience, I would not choose to purchase from this dealership again and would encourage others to carefully consider their options before moving forward here.
