Glen Bryan at Hyundai of Kennesaw completely redefined my opinion of car salesmen. I walked in with a firm bottom-line budget, and there were no games or surprises—I drove away exactly where I expected to be financially. After three weeks of dealing with one issue after another with my Kia, I was beyond frustrated and ready for a change. Glen made the entire process easy, straightforward, and stress-free. He listened to what I wanted, respected my budget, and delivered. Even the finance manager was a pleasure to work with, which made the experience even better from start to finish. If you’re in the market for a new vehicle, I highly recommend reaching out to Glen Bryan at Hyundai of Kennesaw. He made what I expected to be a stressful experience one of the easiest car-buying experiences I’ve ever had.

This establishment experiences frequent turnover, with management and other personnel changing regularly. A few weeks prior, I visited the location to purchase a new vehicle and spoke with a courteous gentleman who introduced himself as the General Manager. Although we were unable to reach an agreement at that time, I was impressed by his professionalism and decided to consider my options further before returning in a few weeks. Last week, I revisited the dealership, only to find it in a state of disorganization and apparent chaos. When I inquired about the previous manager, I was informed that he was no longer with the company and that a new manager was in charge. It took some time before he appeared, and upon speaking with him, I quickly realized that he lacked the necessary experience and professionalism. His demeanor was unprofessional, and he exhibited a lack of confidence and decorum. Consequently, I was disappointed and chose to take my business elsewhere, purchasing a new Sorento from a different dealership. Overall, this location does not appear well-managed, and I would advise caution before making a purchase here.

The tl;dr version of this: DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. I went to this dealership to purchase a Hyundai Ioniq 5 ON JUNE 18, 2026. My sales representative, Raeshawn, was late, did not leave a message asking to reschedule the appointment, and miscommunicated on the price due to speaking with multiple clients on their CRM. But we negotiated a price acceptable to both parties, and I put down a deposit for a vehicle supposedly being delivered the next week. Since I was turning in my leased vehicle around the same time, Grand provided me with a loaner Tucson EV until the Ioniq arrived. THE LOANER HAD NO TAGS. I foolishly assumed the dealership knew what they were doing. 3 weeks later and two missed arrival dates from the Hyundai factory, I get pulled over by the police. The officer stated that these cars are often stolen and asked for paperwork from the dealership (which I did not have.) Luckily, I was let off with a warning. I texted my sales rep about the interaction that evening. The next day I called Grand Hyundai FIVE times to ask them to fix the situation. The first two calls transferred me to the sales manager's line. Voicemail answered, only to tell me the voicemail was full. One call got fully lost in the shuffle and disconnected. Raeshawn answered the third and promised to sort things out. (He didn't.) By the afternoon, I spoke with a different representative and told them I wanted the dealership to come get their car and refund my deposit. They promised the GM would call me. No one did. I will update this review once I hear from Grand Hyundai of Canton. *Update 7/12/26 Finally spoke with a manager, who was not particularly pleasant. He initially suggested i drive back to the dealership to get my deposit back. He told me “the cops would know I was returning the car to the dealership.” I said this was unacceptable as a black woman, and I would not risk getting pulled over again. He offered to send someone Monday to come down and drive back with me so I could return the car and get my deposit back, and then drive me back home. I said this was acceptable. At no point did anyone ever apologize for the stress and inconvenience I experienced due to their mistake assigning the loaner.

Glad I called before showing up and being surprised. Pretty disappointing, how they're handling things with the transition. Shottenkirk Hyundai sold to Grand, becoming Grand Hyundai. As a result, the maintenance plans (EG Assurance ones that were rolled into the vehicle purchase) are not being honored in the same way. They'll still charge the plan, but there will be out-of-pocket charges for service (oil changes, tire rotations, etc.) that make the plans seem pointless. I certainly would not have signed up for them when I bought the car if I knew this could happen. If you decide to cancel the plans (like I did), to get a refund, you'll need to pull up your documents with EG Assurance, and submit cancellation forms for each contract you want to cancel. The link to the form can be found on EG Assurance's contacts page.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an outstanding experience working with Raeshawn at Grand Hyundai of Canton! He was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely focused on helping me find the right Hyundai Palisade without ever making me feel pressured. He took the time to answer all of my questions, explained everything clearly, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. His communication was excellent, he was honest and transparent every step of the way, and he went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable with my decision. If you’re looking for a salesperson who truly cares about his customers and provides exceptional service, I highly recommend asking for Raeshawn. He made this one of the best car-buying experiences I’ve ever had!
