When you end up at a collision center, it’s probably been a bad week—to say the least. Unfortunately, that’s where I found myself recently.
I called Gerber Collision & Glass in Canton and set up an appointment to stop by. From the very beginning, the staff was friendly, professional, and immediately jumped in to walk me through the process and expected timeline.
When I dropped off my truck, I was again met by a team that was eager to help. I was told the repair could take up to 2½ weeks, depending on parts availability, insurance approvals, and whether they found any additional damage once they got into the repair.
To my surprise, five days later I got the call that my truck was ready!
As you can imagine, I was more than ready to get out of that rental car. I headed straight over, and in less than 10 minutes I had my truck back and was on my way.
I know this may sound like something that should be routine, but unfortunately, great service isn't always routine anymore. Whether it’s a restaurant, a service appointment, or sitting in a doctor’s waiting room 30 minutes past your scheduled time, we’ve all experienced what poor service feels like.
That’s what made my experience with this team stand out. They were friendly, efficient, professional, and most importantly—they executed on what they said they would do.
Great customer service deserves to be recognized.
I would highly recommend Gerber Collision & Glass in Canton if you ever find yourself needing collision repair. Hopefully you won’t need them—but if you do, this is a team I’d trust.
