The service was excellent as always. I have been a long time customer of the Hickory Flat location. The management and staff are knowledgeable and professional. I trust them with all of my vehicle needs.

Used to be a good place, now they just price gouge. Went in for a basic wheel alignment, paid them $80 the last time ($89 at Discount Tire in April), and they quote that the alignment alone, no balancing, would be $190. I told them that Discount Tire just did one for me (5 cars in the household) at $89, asked them to match.. Nope, they preferred me to go back to them, and lose a customer. Guess what?? They not only lost me and 5 car house, but also the inlaws, brothers, cousins... My family dates back to the 1800s here in Cherokee County.. There's a bunch of us. Reap what you sow.

Have been coming here for about two years, have always have great service here. They give the information you need and don’t push you on making a purchase of additional services. On my last visit, Sam and Dameon were my service professionals. They were friendly and worked together to get my car and I out in under 10 minutes. Nice job folks!
DECEPTIVE ADVERTISED PRICE. Received an email for a $64.99/$15 off Full Synthetic Oil Change. Upon arrival, was quoted $118.50. When asked about the $64.99, was told: my vehicle needed 6 qts, 1 more than the 5 qts mentioned in the email add. That was $12.99 for the extra qt), then there were additional charges for labor and misc fees, bringing the oil change to $118.50. When I said that was deceptive advertising, the technician said: "Yeah, we get that a lot." Drove to Toyota dealership and got a $64.99 oil change after using a $25 coupon. Basically, Express Oil was charging $12.99 for 6 qts of oil, then charging for their labor to complete the oil change. I didn't stay around long enough to ask what all the extra fees included. You may not want to either!
UPDATE: Would like to be a fly on the wall when you explain to your team the sales price of $64.99 is $15 off the normal price of $79.99, is still actually $118.50. How does that make sense?
