  Employees at the Canton facility were polite and got me out the door with the rental. The rental had numerous mechanical problems which only became worse as the trip continued. I had to drive 600 miles one way without cruise control. Then the warning light began to light up the dashboard. This car and experience was the most awful I have ever experienced in six decades of renting cars. I traveled for my career and never had a car exhibit so many problems. It became obvious this car was being rented with known problems and lack of maintenance.

  This is my local branch, and I understand that busy days happen. However, my experience today felt different and left me very uncomfortable. I waited approximately 45 minutes and was told that my rental vehicle was being cleaned. During that time, a couple who arrived after me were assisted and completed their transaction before I was helped. When my vehicle was finally parked out front, the employee looked directly at me but then began assisting another customer. Another employee who appeared to be handling customers was on a phone call, and I was left waiting without any communication or acknowledgment. Being overlooked after such a long wait, especially after seeing others who arrived after me receive service first, made me feel uncomfortable and singled out. Whether intentional or not, that was the impression left by the experience. I wanted to share my concerns because the level of service I received was disappointing. As a result of this experience, I will no longer be using this location in the future.

  I recently rented from this Enterprise. Overall, my experience was positive . The best parts of my rental were the guys that assisted me with the check-out , which made the process smooth and enjoyable. Upper Management has impeccable customer service and quickly see to their clients concerns. I rate my experience 5 stars. I highly recommend this Enterprise location to others based on this experience.

  This location is busy as heck but you wouldn't know it! All the gentlemen here work together very efficiently to get you in and out in a timely fashion. They go above and beyond to offer you the best service. I worked with Jalen for my check in and check out and he was so clutch at answering my last minute questions and explaining things to me thoroughly. I'm hoping I DO NOT need a rental anytime soon but if I do I will be right back at this location because I know they are going to treat me with compassion and care.
