- ABAllison BarnesJul 16, 20261.0Scammers. Charged my card $226 after a $19 fill-up. I went inside to tell them and they started to fumble their words saying it was the normal hold on a card. I told them I was calling my bank to report fraud and they just stared at me. My bank did confirm that it was fraud. Do not go here!
- RGRita GreeneJul 14, 20261.0Was traveling and put gas on my bank card. Pilot put a $266 hold on my card at the gas pump. I drive a sentra. It took forever to come off. A couple weeks later we were traveling again and they did it on a credit card and the credit card flagged it as fraud and shut the card down. Won't be stopping at Pilots anymore. Thank God that wasn't all my money. I feel bad for people that it holds all the money they have a they just have to wait for it to fall off even though the actual transaction already went through.

Usually the employees are kind of snuck up and arrogant or treat you like you're an inconvenience but not at this one! They always have a smile, they're extremely nice, and they do anything to help the customer. But more could you ask for?
