  Super fast and reasonable place. Came me in for a valve stem leak and I was in and out. I was helped by Kia and she was quick to get my truck looked at and handled.

  At this juncture, between multiple oil changes, multiple sets of tires, consistent repeat service and proven customer loyalty I just expect a bit more in the way of communication regarding my service needs. Greatly disappointed as the business was conveniently located and I liked the actual workmanship. Customer lost.

  They got me in right away to get my new tires mounted and balanced. Done in a reasonable amount of time . Cost was a little more than other shops. But it was worth it for the service and not having to wait an unnecessary amount of time like some other shops I’ve been at before. Great customer service. No problems with the balance. They did an excellent job. I would recommend this place.

  I had a great experience at Mavis Tires & Brakes. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, professional, and ready to help. They explained everything clearly and didn’t try to pressure me into services I didn’t need, which I really appreciated. The service was quick and efficient, and my car is running so much smoother now. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, and they kept me updated throughout the process so I knew exactly what was going on. It’s hard to find honest and reliable auto service these days, but this location definitely earned my trust. I’ll be coming back for future maintenance and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality service and great customer care!

  Our back tire started making a concerning noise a few hours into our big cross-country move; we pulled into this shop super stressed and fearing the worst, but these guys were ON IT. The second we walked in someone came up to help us, within 5 minutes a mechanic was taking a look, and after 10 minutes they figured out what was wrong and put our minds at ease that it was no big deal, and at no charge too! As I write this we’re already heading into Kentucky and beyond, but if you live near these guys do yourselves a favor and go to them the next time you have car problems, you for sure won’t be disappointed!!!
