  Went to purchase a camper, our saleswoman was Danielle. She was so professional, so kind and knowledgeable on very camper on the lot. Danielle was so funny and so accommodating and hospitable, she helped us find exactly what we needed even though we didn’t know what we were looking for, SHE knew what we needed! Amazing woman if you’re in the area looking for a camper this Is the place to go and the woman to speak to! Ask for Danielle!!!!

  Went with my family to get a camper from Danielle and the service was incredible. She was so informative as well as personable which made the experience that much better. 10/10 would recommend to anyone in the area that’s looking for a camper!!

  Danielle was the best. She is very personal and easy to talk to. She walk through every step of the process and took her time. It seemed like I was talking to a friend the whole time and She made our process so smooth. I will always tell everybody about our experience at camping World and how they should talk to Danielle

  Everyone at Camping World in Byron were super helpful. We are thrilled with our new Cougar Fifth Wheel. Although we had a few challenges everyone was professional, and they were overcome in a timely manner!! Thanks to Danielle, as well as the rest of the staff!!

  A tad bit disgusted with camping world! Bought a 2025 travel trailer last year, had it a little over a year now. Last week while in Talladega my water pump stopped working the day I got there. No problem I changed it and kept the receipt. While packing up to leave my awning would not close all the way, went to use my stove midweek and wasn't getting any gas through the lines. Went to use my hot water and when I turned it on it just spun! Got back home and made an appointment for today. Took it in to get work done and was told my extended warranty wouldn't cover the repairs unless a part was needed. Was told when I bought it to get the extended warranty for 5 yrs and when I bring it in I pay $50 and it covers the whole service, not the case! Was told by a very pleasant and respectful young lady in services that my deductible was $100. Get told one thing and end up paying something different. These campers are not cheap and then they want to gouge you when you need something fixed. Not getting reimbursed for the water pump ($93) and getting hosed with the final bill is ridiculous. Things happen I get that but don't sell me something and then turn around and want me to pay again! I would advise everyone to skip the extended warranty they try to sell you and either learn quickly or know someone who can assist you. The 2 stars are stickly because that young lady did a great job of relaying the message, she gets 5 stars. Bottom line I cancelled my appointment and will proceed to learn this camper by fixing the problems. Very disappointed in the way business was done with what I was told and what I was going to end up paying! My advice when buying here, be cautious because they want that sell and will bend the truth a bit to get it done. Shame on Camping World for treating your customers this way!
