  Osteen Volvo of Athens preowned car sales was a negative experience. We purchased a Volvo that had major problems and stranded my daughter in Alabama after they said it was OK to drive with The car maintenance light flashing. They offered a trade-in after a month of going back-and-forth. I still got charged for the dealer fees on the second car. I do not recommend purchasing at this dealership.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5-Star Experience at Jim Ellis Volvo! I went into Jim Ellis Volvo yesterday just to inquire about the new Volvo XC90, and to my surprise, I ended up driving away in a beautiful new Volvo! This is my very first Volvo, and I absolutely LOVE it! A huge thank you to my amazing salesperson, Alexis Kunz, for making this experience so wonderful from beginning to end! Alexis truly listened to my wants and needs and delivered exactly what I was looking for. She was extremely professional, knowledgeable, patient, and, most importantly, never made me feel pressured. What I thought would be a simple visit turned into an exciting leasing experience, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision! Alexis made the entire process smooth, comfortable, and enjoyable.   My husband Earnest and I would definitely do business with them again. Tara Son was wonderful through the process. She took the time to make sure everything was up to par with the vehicle and answered any questions we had. The finance manager Ryan Jang was awesome as well. He explained everything in detail and didn't try to upsell us on anything we did not need. They were two of the most personable people I have met at a dealership. Great job. We love the Mercedes! I'm glad we went ahead and pulled the trigger on it😁

  I purshased a 2024 volvo Cx90 2 yeas ago. We have continued experiencing the same problems since the day this certified used vehicle was purshase. Despite being represented as certified, the vehicle clearly did not meet certified standards. We purchased an extended warranty, yet you have continued to ignore these issues rather than repairing them. Rather than blaming my cell phone or trying g to charge me $900 to clean a old spill under the dash,that was obviously root cause of my dash malfunction from the day one. I am very dissapointed, is such a beautiful car.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ ASK FOR TARA SON — SHE IS EXCEPTIONAL! I have purchased many vehicles over the years, and I can confidently say that Tara is the BEST salesperson I have ever had the pleasure of working with. This was an out-of-state purchase, so choosing the right dealership and salesperson was extremely important to me. Before I had even decided where I was going to purchase my vehicle, Tara consistently followed up, answered my questions, and stayed in touch without ever making me feel pressured. That alone is one of the main reasons I chose to purchase from her. From beginning to end, Tara made the entire experience feel effortless and personal. She wasn't just focused on selling me a car; she was focused on making sure I was comfortable, informed, and genuinely happy with my purchase.
