  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an outstanding experience working with Tara Son at Volvo Mall of Georgia while purchasing a used Volvo for my son. From start to finish, Tara was incredibly helpful, responsive, and genuinely invested in making sure we had a great experience. She provided consistent follow-up throughout the process, was completely transparent about pricing and the services offered, and made everything easy and stress-free. There were no surprises—just honest communication and excellent customer service. Everyone we interacted with at the dealership was friendly and professional, making the entire experience exceptional. If you’re looking for a new or pre-owned vehicle, I highly recommend Tara and the team at Volvo Mall of Georgia. They truly go above and beyond!

  I had an outstanding experience working with Tara Son while purchasing my new car.   Great service!!! When I reached out to the dealership online inquiring about a vehicle I was contacted in a timely manner by Justin who actually answered my questions. That's a big deal to me because I've reached out to other dealerships online and get back a generic response on top of the salesman not answering my questions that I asked on there online form. When I got to the dealership Justin was actually stuck in traffic on his way back to the dealership delivering another customers vehicle. So instead of meeting with Justin at first he had another saleswoman help me by the name of Erin. Erin is hilarious and down to earth. The whole time you don't feel pressured but what you do feel is comfortable that they have good quality vehicles (new or used). While looking over the vehicle (which was used) myself and Erin awaited Justin's arrival. And once he arrived, myself, Erin and Justin drove the vehicle to Smoothie King to get some smoothie's because myself and Erin had been talking about it. I don't know about anyone else but I've never had a salesman or saleswoman offer to go to Smoothie King during the test drive. The whole experience felt like we were all family and I'm a Black guy while Justin and Erin are both white. They treated you like family. On top of all that the Dealership made sure to replace the Serpentine belt on the used vehicle I purchased which was in great condition. All in all I would highly recommend this dealership and both Justin and Erin. Oh, and I can't remember the finance guys name but he was great to. He was telling me and my wife about places that him and his wife have hiked in different counties and cities. Thanks Jim Ellis Volvo.

  I’ve purchased 30+ cars in my lifetime and, from beginning to end, this was the single best car buying experience I’ve ever had. Starting with my text inquiries and (all the way through to delivery), Ryan Jang gets an A+. Ryan has a great communication style that works with older adults, as well as young adults (this is the first car our daughter (23) has ever purchased and Ryan coached hey through the entire process, while we stood back. This theme echoed through the lifecycle of our purchase, even when getting to the GM’s office (which I have NEVER enjoyed!). Dan reviewed the entire contract directly with our daughter, as if me and my wife weren’t even there. There was no up-sale or tricks just honesty and courtesy…amazing in today’s climate. When you purchase a car here, you have to talk to Dan (which again was great); However, you DO have a choice of which Sales-Person you pick. That’s an easy one and Ryan will be our choice EVERY TIME!

  I am currently on my fourth vehicle with Volvo Mall of Georgia. I absolutely love the XC90 and for my latest upgrade I decided to try electric and went with the ‘26 EX90. I worked with Erin Clark and she was absolutely amazing! From day one she worked diligently to find the car I wanted, including color and specs which was not easy. I can be a demanding customer because I know what I like and I can’t be talked into something that I don’t want. I appreciated that Erin understood that and didn’t try to push. She is extremely dedicated to her customers and I appreciated that when, shortly after receiving my vehicle I had a major mechanical malfunction which left me without my vehicle for weeks. Erin worked tirelessly, going above and beyond in conjunction with a few others at the dealership, to ensure that I was provided with a loaner vehicle and updates in real time as to the status of my repairs. This involved communication with the corporate side of Volvo and I was so grateful for her guidance and unwavering support. Erin is very personable and strives to provide a personable car buying experience as well. Overall, Volvo Mall of Georgia has great customer service and the sales and business department are great also. Erin was truly a pleasure to work with and I strongly recommend her if you want a knowledgeable sales professional that will support you throughout the car buying process and afterwards.
