Can’t say enough good things! Being young and making my first big-girl purchase felt so exciting, and it was made even better by having some of the best people helping me through the process. Dino Kalac was such a huge help and was incredibly transparent throughout the entire experience. He helped me find the perfect certified pre-owned Volvo XC40 in a beautiful color, and he was kind, patient, and honest every step of the way. I highly recommend Volvo Cars Mall of Georgia if you’re looking for a Volvo!

I had a great experience working with David Windholz at Volvo Cars Mall of Georgia to buy my Volvo XC40. He gave me a very fair price on the vehicle, explained all of the features and paperwork clearly, and made the entire process feel straightforward and stress-free. He was also very responsive and easy to communicate and schedule with throughout everything. I really appreciate all his help and would definitely recommend working with him and this dealership!

ERIN was great. She got me a quote within minutes even at 9 PM at night for a car I saw online. Shopping from over 300 miles away, it was still worth it to shop here and especially to use Erin if you are in need of a new or used car. I would definitely give her a call, she was phenomenal. Available at any moment via text or phone call. dealership even drove my new car to me and picked up my train. Easy as can be.

I had a really great experience working with Tony Williams. From the beginning, he was attentive and easy to talk to, and he took the time to understand what I was looking for. I never felt rushed or pressured, which made a big difference. He answered all of my questions clearly and made sure I felt comfortable with everything along the way. What I appreciated most was how genuine he was. He stayed patient, followed up when needed, and made the whole process feel a lot less stressful than I expected. Overall, it was a smooth and positive experience. I’d definitely recommend working with him if you’re looking for someone who is helpful, honest, and easy to work with.

Bought a car from this dealership a couple months back. Dealer provided an inspection report that said that there were no leaks of any kind detected on the car. I did smell exhaust when I first entered the car when I test drove it, but I did not think much of it at the time, since the salesperson I worked with idled the car with the door open for several minutes (you'll have exhaust smell in the cabin with any car if you do that), and because the smell dissipated during the test drive. However, on my drive home, I smelled exhaust in the car when stopped while the air was on but not recirculating. Recirculating the air makes the smell dissipate. The air was likely recirculating on my test drive, which may be why the smell dissipated. Thinking it was possibly a minor exhaust leak, as that's not entirely uncommon with older cars, I had my local mechanic look it over. They did not detect and exhaust leak, and confirmed all exhaust and emissions components were in good working order. The issue persisted and still bothered me, so I researched it further in an attempt to narrow down what could possibly be causing this smell. I came to the conclusion that the injector seal for one of the fuel injectors is leaking, and causing exhaust to vent into the engine bay (evidenced by black soot upon wiping around said injector with a paper towel. This soot is not present around any other fuel injector). I brought this up to my local mechanic, who looked it over again and stated that not only will the injector seal need to be replaced, but that also the high pressure combustion gas being blasted past the seal has likely damaged the valve cover gasket, and that this will likely need to be replaced as well, as oil appears to be leaking from the damaged part of the gasket. It is unlikely that this failure is due to wear on the seal, as the entire fuel system was replaced (including the fuel injectors and seals) ~10,000 miles ago by the prior owner. It is extremely uncommon for said components to fail within this mileage. From what I can determine, this issue was likely caused by faulty workmanship by the shop that did said repair. Regardless of the cause of the issue, it most definitely existed prior to my purchase of the vehicle. You'd think a ASCE certified technician would have detected said issue when doing the thorough inspection that the dealer claimed was done to prep the car for resale, but they either failed to do so, or did notice it, and chose to omit it from the inspection report, which the sales department then provided to me; which I relied on in-part when making my decision to purchase the car. While I can't prove knowledge of this leak was intentionally omitted, it was still omitted none the less. Since I likely would not have proceeded with the purchase if this was properly disclosed, and since this omission will cause me financial harm, I contacted the dealer about this, and gave them the opportunity to correct the mistake. Not only did they refuse to help, but they denied the very obvious evidence that the issue existed prior to me owning the vehicle. They also attempted to gaslight me into believing that it wouldn't matter that their mechanics missed or intentionally omitted this because all sales are made "as is", and that they are justified in taking no action to correct their mistake. The only thing they offered me was to sell me a new vehicle and give me "fair trade-in value" for the car (so not what I paid for it), which WOULD CAUSE ME FURTHER FINANCIAL HARM. 1). "As-is" sale DOES NOT shield you from liability caused by errors and omissions such as this, so that statement is false, 2). insulting my intelligence by making such an obviously false statement is incredibly rude and unprofessional and 3). Trying to turn this issue caused by their own malpractice into another sale is incredibly abusive, and indicative that the dealership does not care about their customers. DON'T buy any car from this dealership and DON'T get your car serviced here (they'll miss something critical and cost you money).
