This is the second visit to Strickland and it will be the only place I will go from now on. The technicians are friendly and very helpful they answered questions I had.

Stopped by today and was pleasantly surprised. What impressed me the most was the level of service I received from start to stop. Between offering me water when I arrived, to the complete transparency when I asked about things, the customer service I received was top notch. What started as a last minute decision to stop by, turned into this where I go from now on.

Terrible service for my Toyota SUV's 5K maintenance ($140). The mechanic removed my old filter, realized they had no replacement in stock, and made me wait 30+ minutes for a delivery. Once it arrived, they didn't know how to install it. After wasting two hours, I asked them to put the old filter back, but they couldn't do that either. After 3+ hours of waiting, a manager finally came over and fixed it in 5 minutes. The staff is completely untrained. I will never trust them with my expensive vehicle again. (FYI: I paid $100 for only oil change after discount and 3.5 hours waiting)

I had my oil changed at your business located on 4445 Buford Drive on Friday, July 31st. I arrived at the location around noon. I was the only car there. The man working guided me to pull forward in the center stall and I told him I wanted an oil change. His phone started to ring and he said, "excuse me do you mind if I take this call? It is my shop manager." I said sure go ahead. He seemed a little nervous. When he hung up, he said, "he was just checking on me since I am alone." I found this a little odd…After the questions, he went up under my car. I had assumed that someone else was under there, but apparently not. When he said he was alone, he meant ENTIRELY alone. He changed the oil and then came up from underneath the car and showed me a picture that he took under the car showing me where he thought I had a slow leak. While this conversation was taking place, His manager arrived with a food bag in his hand and started asking the younger guy some questions. The manager came over to my window and made a little conversation with me. I don't remember exactly what he said, but I responded with "I am going from here to go get my emissions done." He informed me that I didn't need to do that because he could perform the emissions there, which I thought was AWESOME! He asked me to get out of the car and go into this little waiting area. When he was done with everything, I get back in my car and pay. Then the “manager" begins to direct me out of the stall. As I begin to pull away, I hear a very loud metallic sounding "bang". I look at the manager and he motions for me to back up. I back up and then I hear more banging, as I run back over whatever is underneath the car. The manager goes over to the young man who had originally helped me and I could tell that their conversation was a little heated. I heard him say, "you should've told me that". Then, the manager comes to my window and tells me that something had fallen off my car and it wasn’t an important piece. He called it a catch pan and said that it protects the underneath part of the car from things coming up and doing damage, which sounds kind of important to me. He said that the car only had one bolt holding that piece up when I got there and so that is the reason that it fell off. I started to argue with him and he said, "I'm not going to argue this with you." The customer in the other stall that had recently driven up, got out of his car and said he was leaving. He saw what happened to me and wanted no part of being there anymore. I heard the manager tell him, "well, that's too bad. We've already drained the oil." Followed by "get back into your car!" I drove away. I have since spoken to my husband and a few other people who know about cars and all of them say the same thing. What sense does it make that that piece was on my car when I drove up but fell off after my oil change? And the best question of all...If he's telling the truth that there was only one bolt, How did one bolt even hold up that huge piece, especially since there's no place for a bolt in the center? Do NOT take your car here unless you want incompetent service and to be gaslit. “It was already like that”….. Also, THEY took photos of the underneath of my car prior to the oil change and there was nothing missing. He was showing me the slow leak, which is why he took the photo. The photos are the iPad he showed me of my car and then two photos I took of the piece that fell off my car immediately after the oil change. What I think happened? I think the young guy was new and shouldn’t have been doing an oil change alone or without supervision which is why the manager was treating him so badly when he came back. Update: we called the number listed here an emailed the email you provided. According to Strickland brothers corporate, this is a franchise so any problems have to be taken up with the franchise. We were hung up on with the phone calls as soon as they realized who we were. This online response is just to make them look like they care. They are NOT responding to this.
