Let me tell you something about this shop! The customer service here is unmatched. The waiting is clean and smells fresh. The bathrooms are in pristine condition. The front office staff greeted me with a smile and took wonderful care of me. The tech came up front to speak with another staff member and was soooo respectful. I heard him saying yes sir and no sir. He also thanked the other team member when the conversation was over. There was another employee in the back organizing their tires as I was checking out with a smile on his face. You can truly tell that Mavis takes wonderful care of their employees and their management team is obviously top tier. Thank you to each of the staff members who helped me today to get back on the road safely. I will absolutely bring my vehicle back here for all my car care needs. Thank you Brian and Arecely ❤️ It’s very rare these days to see employees taking care of things they way they should be taken care of!

It's not always fun to get a nail in your tire, first thing in the morning, after a tire rotation the previous night, but Maxwell Williams and his staff at the 1920 Buford Mills Road location went out of their way to help me out. They were dealing with a major issue of their internet and other services being down. They could have easily told me to go to another location, but I gathered from their professionalism that was not their style. They fixed my tire and got me on my way in no time. I highly recommend this location.

I purchased tires from the Mavis location in Buford last year. I also had front brakes and rotors replaced this year. Each time I have been thrilled with the level of customer service and professionalism I've been treated with. I went to another location closer to my house when considering new tires. The man who I spoke to was extremely rude, so I looked a little further away and found this location. I have not regretted it, and gladly drive a little further for service here. Folks have choices in where they spend their money, and I appreciate the honesty and great service the employees at this shop provide.

Had a really good experience at this Mavis with a flat tire. The front office team was friendly, helpful, and made the whole process easy. The technicians were also great — knowledgeable, honest, and straight to the point.
They explained all my options and never pressured me to replace the tire right away. I decided to replace it later, and they did a really good temporary repair so I could travel a long distance without worrying about the tire giving out during my journey.
I really appreciated their honesty and the way they focused on helping me rather than just trying to sell me a new tire. Everyone was professional and genuinely helpful.
Great experience from the entire team. I would definitely recommend and will go back regularly for other services too

To be honest Yours Truly do not give out 5 stars. Mavis is the best experience i ever had in my lifetime. My baby had a slow leak that even the VW dealership was puzzled or appeared to be. What a dilemma. If I replaced one on the front maybe two. ,$500.00 up . The manager was a one in a million. He told me that he had the best patch man there is a he did not lie. My tire has not lost a pound of air. Just think a Godly person is very hard to find. Thanks Mavis. Yours Truly money feels much better when it is in my pocket.
