Oil is the lifeblood of every standard vehicle on the road. It's crucial to regularly check your oil and schedule oil change service for your car to ensure it runs properly. Regular service also allows us to check for leaks in your engine that could shorten your vehicle's lifespan and lead to other avoidable problems.
Rotating your vehicle's tires is important for maintaining and managing treadwear on your tires, and in some cases is required in order to preserve your tires' warranty.
We can service, replace, and repair exhaust systems, catalytic converters, tailpipes, and mufflers. Ensuring these systems are working properly is key to elongating the life of your vehicle and maintaining optimal performance.
Proper wheel and tire alignment helps your car's tires last longer, increases fuel economy, and improves your vehicle's handling. Our highly-trained tire alignment experts are ready to provide you the reliable, quality service you need to get back on the road.
Your vehicle's shocks, struts, and suspension are key components to ensure your vehicle's performance and a more comfortable ride. As such, it's important to properly maintain these components on your vehicle.
Nothing ruins a day faster than a dead car battery. Many factors could lead to your car not starting — a bad battery, failed alternator, or worn-out starter are just a few examples.
Our highly-trained auto technicians and mechanics have decades of experience diagnosing, repairing, and replacing worn out car batteries. We understand how important a reliable car battery is for your car or truck to run and operate reliably. Every car battery replacement and installation we perform uses trusted brands and comes with a limited warranty on parts and service.
There's not much worse than getting in your car, turning that key and seeing that little exclamation point icon telling you that you have low tire pressure. But if you just filled up your tires yesterday and you're still seeing that warning, it may be time to replace your vehicle's TPMS sensor.

My experience with Mavis Tire has been extremely frustrating.
I stopped at this location on my way out of town while traveling back in March to have my tires rotated . During the service, the technicians failed to put my wheel lock key back in my vehicle.
The mistake itself was frustrating, but what has happened afterward has been even worse.
For more than **three weeks**, I have been calling repeatedly trying to get my wheel lock key sent to a Mavis location closer to my home because I live nowhere near the store where the service was performed. Every time I call, I get the same response: they can't spend approximately **$35** to have it delivered by Uber Courier or another delivery service without approval from the district manager, who apparently is never available.
Today, one of my tires is down to about **2 PSI**, and I still cannot remove the wheel because I do not have my wheel lock key. This is now a safety issue that could have been avoided entirely if the key had simply been returned to my vehicle after the tire rotation.
What is most disappointing is the complete lack of urgency or concern from customer service. Instead of taking ownership of a mistake made by their employees, I've spent weeks making phone calls, getting transferred, leaving messages, and receiving no resolution.
Customers should not have to chase down a company to correct its own mistake—especially when that mistake directly affects the safety of their vehicle.
I hope someone in Mavis management finally takes responsibility, gets my wheel lock key to me immediately, and reviews the way this situation has been handled. This level of customer service is unacceptable.

My son and I had the pleasure of meeting the Manager, Brian of your tire store located on Buford Mill Road.
We were looking for 2 tires as we are in the process of relocating to another State. We had been to a total of 5 different stores, but was unfortunately disappointed because (1) I didn’t have an appointment and they said that it would take about 4-5 hours to wait for service, not to mention we would have to order the tires on line and wait 2-3 days to receive.
Brian was more than helpful to assist with our needs. It’s great to know there are still honest and helpful individuals around.
Brian’s a keeper.
Regards
Kay and Broderick.

The absolute worst Mavis shop I’ve ever experienced. I went in on a Friday and purchased 4 new tires and an alignment only for the technicians to forget to balance my tires. While driving on the highway home my car began shaking like crazy and of course they had closed by the time I returned. The following day I couldn’t get them to “squeeze” me in after they made the mistake of not balancing my tires and had to wait until Monday. I waited 3 hours for them to balance my tires only for them to “forget” to put back on my rear hub caps. I’m beyond irritated because once again I’ll have to return to their shop and hope they have my hub caps. I will never recommend this location to anyone!

I’m a regular customer at this location because the service is consistently outstanding. Today, my son came in with a nail in his tire, and they repaired it. To my surprise, they didn’t even charge us because they recognized me as a loyal customer. Exceptional customer service is hard to find these days, but this team goes above and beyond every time. They’re honest, friendly, and truly value their customers. I highly recommend them if you’re looking for reliable service and people who genuinely care. Thank you again!

They are truly conscientious and professional. When my Kia Optima engine failed, despite thorough diagnosis and time invested, they assisted with the necessary paperwork to facilitate a recall at the Kia dealership. They did not even receive payment! I am grateful and intend to have most of the essential vehicle maintenance performed here.
Thank you, Mavis!
