Oil is the lifeblood of every standard vehicle on the road. It's crucial to regularly check your oil and schedule oil change service for your car to ensure it runs properly. Regular service also allows us to check for leaks in your engine that could shorten your vehicle's lifespan and lead to other avoidable problems.
Rotating your vehicle's tires is important for maintaining and managing treadwear on your tires, and in some cases is required in order to preserve your tires' warranty.
We can service, replace, and repair exhaust systems, catalytic converters, tailpipes, and mufflers. Ensuring these systems are working properly is key to elongating the life of your vehicle and maintaining optimal performance.
Proper wheel and tire alignment helps your car's tires last longer, increases fuel economy, and improves your vehicle's handling. Our highly-trained tire alignment experts are ready to provide you the reliable, quality service you need to get back on the road.
Your vehicle's shocks, struts, and suspension are key components to ensure your vehicle's performance and a more comfortable ride. As such, it's important to properly maintain these components on your vehicle.
Nothing ruins a day faster than a dead car battery. Many factors could lead to your car not starting — a bad battery, failed alternator, or worn-out starter are just a few examples.
Our highly-trained auto technicians and mechanics have decades of experience diagnosing, repairing, and replacing worn out car batteries. We understand how important a reliable car battery is for your car or truck to run and operate reliably. Every car battery replacement and installation we perform uses trusted brands and comes with a limited warranty on parts and service.
There's not much worse than getting in your car, turning that key and seeing that little exclamation point icon telling you that you have low tire pressure. But if you just filled up your tires yesterday and you're still seeing that warning, it may be time to replace your vehicle's TPMS sensor.

Max and Brian at the Buford Mill Rd Mavis were nothing but professional, knowledgeable, and respectful of my time. They did a wonderful job explaining some concerns they had about my vehicle without sounding like they only wanted to "sell the part or the service". I'll definitely take my vehicles there again!

I purchased a brand-new set of 4 Kumho tires along with a full installation package here on Saturday. To start, they upcharged me at the counter and refused to match the advertised promotional pricing listed directly on their website.
It only got worse from there: within 24 hours of leaving the bay, the rear right tire lost its bead seal and went flat, causing severe shaking on the highway and forcing a dangerous roadside stop.
I brought the car straight back over the weekend. A technician inspected it, confirmed the bead failed, and wrote a physical work order slip to reorder a replacement tire under warranty for Tuesday.
When I returned today to have the replacement installed, the General Manager was outright disrespectful, condescending, and rude to both me and my mother. He refused to honor the written order or issue a refund, dismissively claiming that "the writing on the receipt didn’t matter" and baselessly insinuating that I hit a curb. I know my rim looks dirty, but there is zero impact damage from a curb, let alone any indication of that on the wheel either.
Between bait-and-switch pricing, putting customers back on the road with dangerous tires, refusing to honor Day 1 warranties, and having a general manager who treats paying customers and their families with complete disrespect, this location is completely reckless. Formal complaints have been filed with Corporate and consumer protection agencies. Avoid this shop at all costs.

"I got a nail in my tire yesterday and brought it to Mavis near the Mall of Georgia. The staff was incredibly friendly. They thought the service took too long and didn’t charge me anything as a gesture of goodwill, even though I didn't think it took that long at all! Their regular prices are very reasonable, and they are truly honest. Highly recommend!"

Call my local Mavis in Cumming Georgia told them what size tire I needed. They did not have it in stock but the Buford location did have my tire in stock needed two tires on the back of my F250 service body truck when my guy showed up with the truck. The store told him they could not change the tires on the truck so I called around and went to Golden tire in Jasper.
Starting to change my mind about Mavis not as good as they used to be.

7th Visit : I went to tire discount to break wheel locks and cameback to store again for rebalancing and manager told me that he will put the wheel lug nuts for me.
8th Visit : Went to store to pick up the car. Noticed wheel lug nuts are missing and employee told me that I have to comeback when manager is in store to put new wheel lug nuts.
