  I had an excellent experience at Mavis Tires & Brakes thanks to Antonio. From the moment I arrived, he was professional, friendly, and genuinely helpful. I came in with a flat tire and was stressed about how long it might take or whether I would need to replace the entire tire, but Antonio immediately put me at ease. He carefully inspected the tire, explained the issue clearly, and let me know that a patch would safely fix the problem instead of trying to upsell me on something unnecessary. I really appreciated his honesty and transparency throughout the process. The repair was completed quickly, and he made sure everything was checked thoroughly before I left. What stood out most was Antonio’s customer service. He was patient, respectful, and made sure I understood everything that was being done. It’s not often you come across someone who combines technical skill with such a positive attitude and professionalism. You can tell he truly cares about helping customers and doing quality work. My car has been driving perfectly since the repair, and I’m very grateful for the fast and reliable service. I highly recommend Antonio at Mavis Tires & Brakes to anyone needing tire service or repairs!

  Was in this location over the weekend to get a tire internally patched on our Highlander. I refuse to have a tire plugged, having experienced problems with a tire plug in the past…so I went “old school” requesting the patch. Three gentlemen “tag-teamed” the repair immediately when I walked in the door. The nice fellow who checked me in was quick to get the Service Tech engaged and he pulled the car into the bay within five minutes of my arrival. Shortly thereafter, the Service Tech walked into the waiting area to advise that my car was ready and that the Manager would come up to cover the charges with me. As I stepped to the counter to settle up with the Manager, he informed me that the small nail / tack had been removed from the tire and it had been patched. Total charges…”we have you covered on this one, just leave me a Google review” said the Manager. I argued that I did not come in expecting to have this tire repaired for free, but he insisted he was glad to take care of it for me. I told him that it was not a tire purchased from Mavis, but the one that was originally installed on the car. He replied again that he wasn’t charging me. The entire staff that assisted with this was top-notch, and I will definitely go back to this Mavis location when I need work done. And, I will definitely consider my next tire purchase at this location. I will be needing some truck tires for my Tacoma soon and they had some that looked like they would work out nicely!! Thanks gentlemen!! You guys rock!!

  Mavis in Buford ga is hands down the best! Went in for an issue with a tire got it fixed and back on the road in less than 20 min. This is the only tire shop I’ll go to in Buford ga from now on ! Very satisfied

  Incredible service and such great quality employees. My husband and I were in a bind later in the evening and needed a quick repair for a nail in a tire, and they helped us immediately without frustration. Cannot recommend this place enough! If you’re in the area, go here.

  I had a rental car that needed service from Mavis Tire and Tony gave excellent customer service! We had to wait patiently for a response from corporate office for the rental car repairs. Tony was very kind and did not give up in helping me out. When we finally got the approval for the repairs, he did it quickly so that I would not have to wait any longer. I would definitely go back to this location for any repairs. Thank you, Tony!
