Waited half an hour for a tire patch to never have it done. Made an appointment, but they never took my car in to the garage during the time I waited. Multiple technicians were standing around or doing training while I was waiting.

Not a team environment here. Next closest store really messed up my day. I am 3 hours into a 30 minute oil change and have to find somewhere else to go AGAIN. All I asked for was to get my vehicle done today please since your sister store put me in a bad spot.

Always a great experience! They were able to find a tiny hole in my tire and repair it when it easily could have been missed. I was also having an issue with my brakes not engaging properly, and they diagnosed the problem and completed a brake fluid flush. Everything is working great now. I really appreciate how thorough, honest, and helpful they always are. Highly recommend!

I had such a great experience at Mavis Tires in Flowery Branch! This was my first time taking my Tesla in for a tire rotation, and the service was impeccable. Everyone was friendly, professional, and incredibly quick, I think I was in and out in about 20–30 minutes!
I also learned a lot of new and helpful information about tire care and services that I was never provided with by Tesla, which I really appreciated. They took the time to explain everything and made the whole experience so easy. I’ll definitely be coming back and would highly recommend Mavis Tires!
