Just received outstanding service at this location. The store manager and staff were 100% professional. We experienced tire issues on a rental. Although the staff was waiting on a response from Enterprise Car Rental, they did not hesitate getting us back on the road. When it was all said and done, they did not manager did not charge us a penny.

Brought a flat tire in for replacement just before close on a Sunday. Dusty and Suzi were able to find and mount a replacement tire before noon on Monday. I came in Monday afternoon and they put it on my truck in just a few minutes. I couldn't have been happier. Thanks for the great service and I would highly recommend this location.

I found myself needing major brake repair after a catastrophic brake failure, downtown.
I had my 4Runner towed there after hours. The manager, Suzi T- called me promptly when they opened to let me know that they had my vehicle and would evaluate it. She gave me a quote and worked with me throughout the day to assure I was getting the best service, parts and maintenance I would need.
She made the process of major repairs easier to understand and kept me informed about the cost. Thank you for providing excellent customer service and advice. I would recommend this store to anyone. Thank you Suzi, for all your help today.

I've been coming here regularly to put air in my tire while I save up to replace the full set. During my most recent visit, an employee came outside while I was filling my tire and said, "You know we sell tires, right?" I replied that I did and that I needed a full set soon.
He then told me, "We see you here about every day," and when I asked if he wanted me to stop coming, he responded, "No, we're just all inside laughing about it."
I found this interaction unprofessional and discouraging. If the staff noticed I was frequently needing air, I would have appreciated someone offering to help, inspect the tire, discuss my options, or even try to sell me a set of tires. Instead, I was told that employees were laughing about my situation.
As someone who was already planning to purchase tires in the near future, it was disappointing to be treated this way rather than as a valued customer. A little kindness and customer service would have gone much further than making a customer feel embarrassed.
