When I started my car and the ac blower wouldn’t work, I thought of all the worst scenarios from battery or alternator to replacing the blower. I instinctively called to see if they could check this out and Dusty was very reassuring they could help and come on by. When I arrived Michael treated me like family and made me less stressed. Fortunately it was just a blown fuse and he quickly fixed it. I cannot understate how great this Mavis store is. They truly love what they do, have a wide range of knowledge to check it out and tell you what’s going on plus their honest recommendations. I have been a customer for close to a decade and will continue to have tires, brakes and anything else done at this location.

A flat tire from a screwdriver left on 85, in the July heat, 2 toddlers, and a list of things I needed to do = STRESSED. The guys at Mavis were lifesavers and helped me get back to my to do list! They were fast and extremely nice. My dad recommended I stop here and I’m passing my recommendation on to anyone else!

I want to send out a big thank you to Dusty. After I went to two other Mavis were I was living, a tire company and a month and a half later when I move up this way. I took my Acura to this location. He was the only one who figured out why my TPMS light was still on after sensors had been replaced and he had reset it two days prior The light came back on, and I returned. Both days He took the time to look into it. Because he couldn’t understand why it was still coming back on. He did not rush, very polite and he cared. It ended up being a sensor that needed to be replaced again from the tire company that installed it. After Dusty, replaced it, he still wanted me to follow up with him to let him know if it worked . It’s been a week and it still has not came back on. And a big thanks to everybody at this location. They are very polite, very welcoming , and clean.
