The Mavis I had used previously for a tire purchase was extremely busy and I was needing a quick check on a tire that had pressure issues on my wife’s car that occurred earlier in the week while I was away on business. Not only did they let me know that tire was okay, but that it was a sensor issue. They offered me a great deal on getting all sensors replaced (it’s a 2017 Mustang, so they were all due to be replaced) and also suggested new lug nuts due to cap style getting worn and let me know the most affordable place to get them. They replaced all sensors and had them programmed in about 30 minutes and we were on our way. From this point going forward, this location will be the one I use for all my tire needs, I will see them again when I get my new lug nuts and need to change them out. Great service and atmosphere.

Ivy and Albert squeezed us in on a busy Saturday to patch a tire after we ran over a nail. They were slammed and didn’t let the pressure affect their attitude or kindness. They wouldn’t even accept payment. What more could you ask for from a person, a company or its employees? I’ll definitely recommend and be back for my next set of tires.

I had a very disappointing experience with Mavis Tire. The only reason I went through with purchasing the tires was because the gentleman who helped me make the appointment was friendly and professional. Unfortunately, the in-store experience after that was the complete opposite.
The manager, Mike, was rude and unprofessional toward an employee over paperwork, saying, “Where’s that paper that you shouldn’t have printed?” That kind of behavior is not something customers should have to witness.
I was also told my vehicle would be ready at a certain time, but I later watched them lower my vehicle off the ramp. About five minutes after that, I received a call saying, “I forgot to call you an hour ago, your vehicle is ready.” The extra time it took wasn’t the issue — delays happen. The issue was being told something that clearly wasn’t accurate.
To make matters worse, the tires were only filled to 30 PSI when they are supposed to be at 35 PSI. My wife had to stop at another tire shop and pay to have them properly aired up. For a $650 tire purchase, I expect basic service to be done correctly.
I was actually considering buying four all-terrain tires for my truck, which would have been a purchase of over $1,700. Because of this experience, Firestone got that business instead.
Poor management, poor communication, and poor attention to detail. I will not be using Mavis Tire again.
