Ivy made a Big Difference for me and my family today. My car needed 4 tires, rear brakes, and a brake system flush. Ivy didn’t just make those recommendations she supported them by showing me the brake fluid test card which shows the tech and the customer the condition of their brake fluid. She also let me know (this was a biggie also) that when a customer has their brakes done by Mavis - the parts have a lifetime warranty. I had the brakes done by Mavis in 2022 but wasn’t made aware of this very helpful customer warranty. Ivy helped me understand that I would be paying just labor on the rear brakes when I come back. Ivy really built trust with me… I wasn’t able to have all the recommended work done today but I’ll be coming back because of her.

Today Ivy and Mike really took the time to help me assess issues with aftermarket tires and rims not fitting properly. They were kind, informative, and they helped me to a solution even though it wasn’t something that was not even their problem and they were incredible. We will be back.
