  Made an appointment online for Saturday morning oil change. The price on the website said it was a special for $79.99 and didn’t specify the number of quarts of oil. When I got to the location to do the oil change, they said it was first come first served for oil changes so the appointment was basically useless. Then I was told the website had misinformation and was told the special was for up to 5 quarts of oil, thus resulting in an extra charge. If I made an appointment at a specified price, they should at least honor that price based on the ad on their website. The service was fast enough to negate the appointment but I feel like the ad is a bait and switch since the price wasn’t honored as it was originally posted. Addendum: Chris, the store manager, called me shortly after I got home and said the coupon price should have been honored and if I came back he would refund the difference and make it right. To call me so quickly and offering to correct it shows an extreme dedication to customer service. I’m honestly surprised to have gotten a call so quickly but cannot say enough about his insistence to make it right. Thank you Chris!

  By far my best experience at express oil change. They took their time to look at the minor issue my truck had - handled the maintenance with care and professionalism - and best part, it wasn’t over priced. Looking forward to giving them my business again on the next maintenance run 👍 thanks PM 🫡
