    Got there and not one works unless you used the extra fast , which is what we don’t have. App said it was working but it obviously didn’t

    It took over 2 hours to charge and is only up to 50 kw. It also doesn't have a variety of chargers for different EVs. I seen one guy leave because there wasn't a charger for his vehicle and it took awhile to find a charger that fit mine.

    Pulled right up to this charger. Plugged in and payment was automatically authorized and a charge session initiated. However, nothing happened. The screen displayed a message that charging would begin when power became available. A Leaf was charging directly opposite on the ChaDaMo connector. The system should advise about this condition BEFORE plugging in, payment authorization and charging session instantiation! When the ChaDaMo connector is in use, the pedestal should not show as available!

    2 of the 4 1772 chargers are not operational. 1 of the 3 were in use. We parked at the last remaining station and the EVgo App wouldn’t recognize the station was plugged in. We ended up having to leave and charge elsewhere.
