  1 Star I’ve always had good experiences with Enterprise, which is why this experience was so disappointing. Before renting the truck, I specifically told the employee that I would be driving from Atlanta to Florida to pick up some items and then return to Atlanta. I also explained that the trip would be around 1,000 miles over three days. The employee assured me that was completely fine, so I rented the truck based on that information. When I returned the truck, a different employee told me that I wasn’t supposed to drive that far and even warned me that if I did it again, I could be banned from renting. That makes absolutely no sense. I asked ahead of time because I wanted to make sure I was following the rules. If I had been told there was a mileage restriction, I would have rented from another company instead. What makes this even more confusing is that I was already paying $0.35 per mile, and my total bill for this 3-day rental came to over $1,100. If I’m being charged for every mile I drive, why is there a mileage limit in the first place? I’m paying for the miles, so I don’t understand why I would be threatened for driving the distance that I had already disclosed before renting. On top of that, the employee’s attitude was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. Instead of trying to explain the situation respectfully, she spoke to me as if I had intentionally done something wrong, even though I followed the information given to me by your own staff. The biggest issue here is the lack of communication and consistency between employees. Customers shouldn’t be blamed or threatened because your staff gives conflicting information. I’ve rented from Enterprise many times and have always preferred them over other rental companies, but this experience was incredibly frustrating and left a very bad impression.

  CHECK the LIFT GATE. Rented a lift gate truck and the left gate didn't even work. This made it impossible for us to complete our moving job. Still haven't received a call to reconcile my issues.

  The staff at this location went far and above my expectations and was wonderful on explaining the process of renting a truck. There is a lady there who I think was AK,She was so professional and courteous and I will be a repeat customer.
