  I can't say enough about Anthony, I don't know if he is one of the managers at that location but if he isn't he should be! He always accommodates us and makes sure we have the car that we reserved when we get there. I also have to mention the gentleman who is outside getting your car and checking you out his name is Sylvester. These two know what customer service is about. They take care of their regulars like it should be. We have always rented at this location mainly because the former manager Dakota was exceptional with us but after he left i am not going to lie it has gone downhill. There has been two times we reserve and when we get there the car is not there. This never would have happened with Dakota. The current manager there is not great and I have to be honest. She is not friendly with customers, very dry personality, no accommodating and under her management is when we had the two bad instances that our cars were not available. I think she needs to see who the frequent regular renters are and learn to go out of her way to accommodate them. With that said if you ever rent at this location ask for Antony or Sylvester, they will definitely make the process easy and get you what you need.

  Booked Premium SUV, but couldn’t provide one. Suggested to pick a vehicle and swap for Premium SUV at the airport. Airport location did not agree for the swap. Returned back to the location and they returned the full amount no questions asked.

  I rented a full size SUV & received a Jeep. The tread on back tires were almost gone. The representative didn’t even bother to have me look over the vehicle for scratches/dents/etc. He didn’t bother to measure the tire tread. Thank goodness I didn’t have a flat tire on my trip bc the spare tire was flat and had a screw in it. I would expect better from Enterprise.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a great experience with Enterprise on Lee Street in Buford, and Sylvester T. was a big reason why. His customer service was excellent from start to finish. He was friendly, professional, and genuinely took the time to make sure everything was handled properly. What really stood out to me was his attention to detail. Before I left, Sylvester made sure I checked my vehicle carefully so I wouldn’t accidentally leave anything behind. That small gesture showed me that he actually cared about my experience, not just getting me in and out. He has a great personality, was easy to talk to, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Employees like Sylvester are what make customers want to come back. Enterprise is fortunate to have someone like him representing the company. Great job, Sylvester! Keep up the excellent work!
