"will immediately pick you up" Makes me wait an hour at the dealer, at that point just tell me you guys will be late and ill be happy to just grab a uber or lyft over to you guys. Called to check in, you guys said you sent someone over, but still continued to make me wait 30 minutes when the store is only a 10 minute drive away. lack of communication and just a waste of time

Had a great recent experience with Enterprise. When I arrived, my reservation wasn’t showing in the system, but the representative handled the situation quickly and professionally without any issues. They were able to straighten everything out right away and even upgraded my vehicle since the one I originally reserved wasn’t available. The upgraded vehicle was very clean, drove perfectly, and I had zero issues throughout the rental period. The entire process was smooth, and the customer service was excellent. Overall, everything went great, and I would definitely rent from Enterprise again.
Very disappointing experience at the Enterprise location on 4083 S Lee St, Buford, GA. We reserved a large vehicle TWO WEEKS in advance for a family trip and even discussed our preferred options beforehand. When we arrived, none of the larger vehicles we reserved were available.
Poor planning and very unprofessional service. Do not rely on this location if you need a specific size vehicle for important travel plans.

Booked a reservation for a luxury suv to drive for the weekend. Received a call the day before from Anthony and he had to deliver the bad news that the previous renter damaged the vehicle that would have been assigned to me. He assured me he would try to save a nice vehicle for me and to stop by if I can't find a replacement elsewhere. I had no luck finding a Luxury Elite SUV anywhere. I went to the enterprise of my original booking and behold, Anthony kept his word! A 2026 Jeep Grand Wagoneer!! Beats any "Luxury" vehicle in my book. To me it was an upgrade and loved driving it. Anthony saved the day! 5/5 would recommend! Thanks Anthony!

I’ve been with enterprise for a while now and whoever this guy named Anthony is at the location specifically seems like he is a scammer . First he calls before my return time at least 1-2 hours before I have to return pressuring me and asking me how long will I need to keep the vechile . First of all why are you calling before my return time anyways ? I can understand if late or haven’t returned after my return time call then is okay . Next he calls from his personal cell number which is strange if you work for enterprise why are you calling from your personal number ??!? Third , it seems as though he’s been pocketing money from me and over charging me because I paid online always and online will give my exact total for however long I need so I pay online just to avoid the hassle over the phone . Anything calls today before my due time and says how long will you need the car for I told him I’ve already paid online he said online only charged me 2.94 which is correct because it’s my dollar days I told him . He said well idk how online calculates things but it’s 112$ . So he’s pretty much telling me the same system the store uses is different from online ?!?!? BS ! I said excuse me I’m all caught up and not behind nothing at all . So what are you charging me for ? Your pockets or unknown expenses that I didn’t ask for you put on my account ? So I called my husband because he was a longtime customer at enterprise before and experienced the same thing and he pretty much told me he’s picking your pockets . And to call the manager . I called the store and guess who answers this time from the store phone with a totally different voice and attitude??? ANThony !! lol I asked him to speak to his manager he said well I am the manager o said well let me talk with another manager because you don’t sound like the same Anthony who called me 10 mins ago from a personal number .. he got silent he said well the manager that used to work there doesn’t anymore but he can transfer me to his area manager I said well can you give me his desk number he said no I said well give me his email I know he has one . He gave me the email than nervously said I’ll reach out to him. For what ?? Don’t be nervous and scared now ! And yes I’m very upset because that’s not right I’m a long time value customer and he will be the reason people doesn’t shop with enterprise anymore !
