  Well very disappointed I was told that there was 400 campers on the lot I get down there and the first thing they do sent me behind the desk and wanted to talk numbers like what is my credit and up on that request salesman takes us out and shows us like four or five campers and we was interested in you know just looking at whatever looking for something with a low payment for going the disorganization of the salesman drove the golf cart like Mario andretti for one the salesman didn't know his inventory or were anything was really at and when we asked prices on this one or that one that we liked of he had a list in his hand but still wasn't unsure what it was we found one we picked out that was pretty high payment we thought like it 193 190 1990 something and I asked if we could maybe get it lower down a little bit more more than our ballpark so yeah he asked how much was going to pay down and was going to pay down 1500 and so that put us down to a payment of like 179 all right we got our hopes up to get the camper and said that you know they was going to throw in the camper ready fee and all this and all that for the following day we was called back and told that the payment would be 235 a month mother was looking forward to getting the camper so she spend more time with the grandbabies and the great and grandbabies and we could be possibly camping this following weekend but no that didn't happen to her hopes got up and then got shattered after the top of that they took $500 as a down payment that still hasn't been refunded to her card and somebody called from the financial department and still there was no answers and no way of sunshine or no Ray of Hope for us bringing home an account for so we drove one hour one way one hour one way back and it was just a totally waste of our time for us just to be disappointed in the end I have not highly recommend anybody going to camping world of Buford because it's nothing but a bunch of false advertisement and a bunch of false hope my mother has a great credit score and we should have no problem with not bringing account for home maybe not that day but the next one they got it ready but you know here we are still with no camper

  I don’t even want to give them one star .. never bring your camper rv anything to them for service . They lie , never communicate, and are never on the same page in the service dept. even the manager in service lied to me !! I was told that my rv was fixed before even checking to see if it was and then came back with nothing was done. I was told 2 weeks for my rv to be fixed with a portion of the items are under warranty. They didn’t even think to look or ask about any extended warranty. That’s what they sell to people everyday when they sell campers !!! I had to have Forrest River in Jacksonville Florida call them to give them the information to cover the problems that needed to get done ! Really ? Then BOB in service lied to me that he didn’t speak to them when I know for a fact he did. Then after all this nonsense they neeeded another 3 weeks to fix my rv . Then after 3 more weeks they never touched anything on my rv. Then again , I was told it would be another 3 months !!! I was put thru so much nonsense with them it just made me sick. Why do they lie ,don’t communicate, keep each other informed so they can give honest answers!!!! There are only two people working in service BOB and NIKKIE… and their manager KEVIN . They are all liers, inconsiderate, don’t have an ounce of compassion and definitely the worst people I have ever come across in helping to get my RV fixed . I spent a lot to buy my RV . I live in it full time. So the procrastination and stress they put me thru was absolutely awful. When I shared my situation with friends they said the same thing about this location . Even had to hire an attorney to get a brand new camper roof fixed because they don’t take care of any of their camper’s rooftops and aren’t accountable for what they don’t do . I found an mobile rv service and they fixed the simple issues within a better part of an hour !!! I will never bring my RV there again and every one I know I will tell them never take your camper there . They don’t care , they just collect their stupid paychecks and go on there merry way … shame on ALL OF YOU AT CAMPING WORLD OF BUFORD !!!

  We went to SEVERAL dealerships, small and large and were about to give up, then we called Camping World about a unit in Buford and talked to "J RV." He was extremely helpful and went above and beyond every step of the way. He was so pleasant and accommodating we didn't even feel like we were at a dealership. We decided on an Eddie Bower 310RL. We would HIGLY recommend J RV and Camping World. GREAT EXPERIENCE!

  I purchased a used Grand Design from Camping World - Buford. There were items on the unit that needed to be addressed and the team did a wonderful job of taking care of all of them. They were great to work with and were diligent to make sure all details were covered in a tight timeframe before I left town.

  Horrible experience with placing an order via the direct website and paying extra for next day shipping. The order kept getting delayed, so I went on my own behalf and made a order directly from Doordash to get my items I needed the same day. Now my original order placed from the Camping World website directly is in a limbo status because the Buford store does not see it anywhere in their system. But I find it funny that the automated text I got when the order gets sent to the store states the order was canceled. The store keeps telling me that the order was already picked up. Do they not understand I PLACED two orders, one from Doordash directly and one from the website!?!? Horrible!
