  Enterprise is currently ruining a Disney World trip I saved for three years to take. Booked a premium luxury SUV at this location and, expecting something like an Audi, BMW, or Mercedes, was only offered a Genesis. Asked for an alternative and was given a Jeep Grand Cherokee Hybrid instead — which already had a cracked windshield at pickup. Over the 7-hour drive to Orlando with my 2 and 4 year old in the car, a “SERV 4WD” warning light came on and the car began jerking and jolting under braking. Genuinely frightening with small kids in the back. Called roadside assistance and got bounced between locations — first to one near Disney with only a tiny compact available, then to the Orlando airport, where the best they could offer was a compact SUV. Far cheaper than what I paid for, and nowhere near enough space for my family for the trip home. Paid for a premium luxury SUV and ended up with a string of unsafe or undersized vehicles instead. Not what I planned for a trip I’d waited years

  I always have a great experience here! Ralston was my rep recently and he is fantastic! Excellent customer service and hospitality. I also want to give a shout out to the manager. I didn't get her name but she wears her hair in a ponytail. Super cute. She had great composure and professionalism during a peak time period when it was very busy. Great duo!

  Experience 4, value 4, offerings 4 - good experience renting car here. Waited about an hour to get my reservation but came clean and filled up and had no problems with the car. Drop off was fast and efficient with no hidden charges. Would rent again.
