  The staff is competent, they furnished the type car I requested no hesitation; friendly with timely pick up & drop off; and they’re courteous, what we expect and get from this business. I enjoyed my customer experience, I would recommend them and I certainly will rent a car here again.

  I have been a loyal Enterprise customer for several years and have never experienced any issues until my rental from May 22–24. At no point during the rental process was I informed that returning the vehicle after hours could result in being charged for an additional two days. Had this policy been clearly communicated, I would have made different arrangements. After noticing the extra charges, I contacted Corporate Customer Service, but unfortunately no resolution was provided. I was then directed to the local branch manager, who was also unable to assist and instead referred me to his manager. I have now spent the last three weeks trying to resolve this matter and obtain a refund for charges that I believe resulted from a lack of clear communication. The ongoing back-and-forth has been extremely frustrating and disappointing.

  Worst customer service experience ever!!! Nyge Williams-Michell lacks basic communication skills and customer service training! He was rude to all customers and refused replacing a broken car which made the entire rental experience the worst! He treats his coworkers in a very bad unprofessional way and doesn’t honor what they are promising or trying to provide to the customers. Message to management: fire Nyge to maintain your customer base in Atlanta. He is a bad image for Enterprise!

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5 Stars I had an excellent experience at the Enterprise Rent-A-Car location. The team was professional, friendly, and efficient from start to finish. The vehicle was clean, well-maintained, and ready when I arrived. The staff took the time to answer my questions and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Great customer service can be hard to find, and this team truly delivered. I highly recommend this location and will definitely rent from them again! 🚗✨ “Fast, friendly, and professional service.
