  Due to an accident, I had a long-term rental. The team was friendly, professional, and easy to work with anytime I came in or had questions. The process was usually straightforward, the employees were approachable, and I appreciated the professionalism

  I have been renting from this place for years. There has been ups and downs but overall was cool. However when I forgot items in the car the employee likely stole them. Gave me the runaround for a day then said they could not locate the item. I went up to the location to discuss the matter and the employee stated “normally when a DESIGNER item is left in the car we immediately call the customer and let them know”…. I never said the item was ??Designer??…. I just stated it had sentimental value is all. Another employee stated that enterprise checks everything in the car before re renting it to another customer….so of course an employee has the item… So if you leave anything of value in the car by accident don’t expect it back… I will continue to keep the thief in my prays as he or she may need the item more than me but I will never rent again from this location. Best.

  very disappointed with recent experience. I had a car reserved, but my ride fell through; 1 called 15 minutes before closing to ask if I got an Uber and arrived 3 mins late if they could still process my reservation. The attendant put me on hold to ask mgr. I waited on hold until they closed and they hung up on me. by that time I could have probably been there since I could have ordered a faster pick-up. Very unprofessional and unkind maneuver.

  Went to this particular branch and it was filthy from front to back bathroom was atrocious guts were standing around looking at each other reason it got two stars really should have been 1 they did have rental ready only because detainers were on point not the first time this branch was dirty🤢

  I had an absolutely amazing experience with Enterprise in the Buckhead/Piedmont location in Atlanta, and I cannot say enough great things about Keylan! From start to finish, he was incredibly accommodating, professional, and kind. I had reserved three vans and originally thought we would need to arrange transportation (like an Uber) just to pick them up. Instead, Keylan went above and beyond. He reached out the morning of and offered to bring the vans directly to us. He personally delivered two of them and then transported us to pick up the third, which made a huge difference for our group. On top of that, he upgraded all 3 of the vans to a Sprinter, which was an unexpected and much-appreciated bonus. When we later received a warning on one of the vans, he handled it immediately and without hesitation. Asking us to bring it back and assuring us he would swap it out. He even had a replacement being cleaned and ready for us. The entire experience was seamless, stress-free, and truly top-tier customer service. Keylan was friendly, attentive, and genuinely cared about making sure everything worked out perfectly for us. If I ever need to rent a vehicle in the Atlanta area again, I will absolutely return to this Enterprise location just to work with him. Highly recommend! Janet Squires Troop 1192 Durham NC
