  Enterprise is not doing regular maintenance. When I left the lot, one of my tires was at 10 psi. I returned immediately and was told I could either keep an eye on it or take it to a Mavis tire for repair. They filled it up to 37 psi but it steadily dropped to 29. I took it to the shop and was told the car needed two new tires and an oil change. When one rents a car, it should not be expected for customers to spend their time waiting for repairs.

  The epitome of poor customer service is what will ultimately cause this branch to lose customers if significant changes are not made. Ever since management changed, the customer experience has noticeably declined. There seems to be very little effort made to accommodate customer requests or provide solutions. I think it’s important to remember that you’re in the business of renting vehicles, not selling bubble gum. Customer service should be a core part of the operation.

  Daniel! you are exceptional, thank you. If you need a rental last minute or in any emergency, this is the place to go. This is the best Enterprise in all of the Buckhead area.

  Great people. Very helpful and really helped they could pick me up from train station.
