Based on my experience and the recent reviews, service levels at this location appear to have declined severely over the past year. The same concerns come up repeatedly: vehicles not being ready, cars that are not properly cleaned, and staff who are not especially helpful when something goes wrong. Unfortunately, my experience reflected all of those issues.
The vehicle was not available when expected and was still being prepared over an hour after my reservation time. When it was finally released, it was not clean and only about a quarter tank of gas, requiring an immediate stop for fuel and creating an additional delay.
The staff response was equally disappointing. There was little urgency, no apologies, and no meaningful effort to offer a workable solution.
I have also attempted to address the matter directly with both Enterprise and the location before posting this review. I have returned calls, spent extended time on hold, and been told that someone would follow up. That follow-up has not happened.
This review is a straightforward caution for anyone considering this location. A rental car should be ready when promised, clean when delivered, adequately fueled, and supported by a team willing to take ownership when there is a problem.
I chose this location because I believed it would save time and spare me the inconvenience of going to the airport for a rental. That assumption was a mistake.
Do not be fooled into thinking this location will save you time. The convenience of the address is quickly erased when the vehicle is not ready, not clean, not adequately fueled, and the staff is unwilling or unable to provide a solution.
Based on my experience, I would never recommend relying on this location. Drive farther for a rental experience that is prepared, consistent, and supported by a team that treats your time as valuable.
