  The team at the Cheshire Bridge location is truly exceptional. Their professionalism, responsiveness, flexibility, and genuine commitment to customer satisfaction consistently set this location apart. We exclusively rent from this location when we are in Atlanta because we know we can depend on the team to provide outstanding service from beginning to end. Eliana, in particular, deserves special recognition. She consistently goes above and beyond and represents exactly what exceptional customer service should look like. She is knowledgeable, attentive, professional, solution-oriented, and genuinely invested in making sure customers have a positive experience. Her ability to listen, respond promptly, and resolve concerns with both professionalism and care is remarkable. During our most recent rental, we experienced an intermittent problem with both the dashboard navigation and charging system. Because we were using the vehicle for a five-hour trip, these were important features that we expected to be able to rely upon. What impressed us most, however, was not simply how the team acknowledged the problem, but how they responded once they learned about it. They took our concerns seriously, accepted responsibility for addressing the situation, and went above and beyond to make things right for us. Their response turned what could have been a very disappointing rental experience into another reason we will continue choosing this location. That type of service recovery speaks volumes about the quality of the team and its leadership. Problems can occasionally occur with any vehicle; what distinguishes an exceptional business is how its employees respond when something does not go as planned. The Cheshire Bridge team demonstrated accountability, urgency, flexibility, and a sincere desire to ensure that we left satisfied. The entire staff appears exceptionally well trained and consistently provides a level of service that other locations could learn from. There is a noticeable culture of professionalism and customer care here rather than the experience depending on a single interaction. At the same time, Eliana's dedication, expertise, and commitment to exceeding expectations deserve particular recognition. We highly commend Eliana and the entire Cheshire Bridge team. Employees who create this level of customer loyalty should be recognized for the value they bring to the organization. This team is the reason we continue to return to this location, and we would confidently recommend the Cheshire Bridge location to others looking for dependable service and a team that truly values its customers.

  Rented a car last week and got a free upgrade. The truck was in good shape, drove well but burned gas just too fast. But the experience, ease of use, customer and professionalism provided then Cheshire bridge location and Kylencia was great. I’ve used this location a few times and hope they continue providing me with the same experience and courtesy again.

  I rent cars several times a week, so I’ve had my fair share of experiences with Enterprise locations. I can honestly say Mia provided one of the best rental experiences I’ve ever had. The process was incredibly fast, smooth, and efficient without ever feeling rushed. On top of that, Mia was genuinely kind, professional, and respectful from start to finish. She made sure everything was taken care of and made the entire experience stress-free. Exceptional customer service is hard to come by, and Mia absolutely delivered. She’s a true asset to Enterprise, and I hope she’s recognized for the outstanding job she does. Thank you again for such a phenomenal experience!

  This locations website is inaccurate. I booked a reservation and when I arrived they had no available cars. The place smelled weird and had essentially bare walls and basically no one working in it. The answer I got for this inconvenience was, in short, “sorry that’s too bad” , I don’t really recommend using enterprise in any case unless you have no choice but I certainly don’t recommend this one. I’m now paying for 4 Ubers today and going to be late for work.
