  I wanted to say Mia and Eliana It was very professional and polite. I had a really pleasant experience with this location. The staff was friendly, professional, and welcoming from start to finish. They checked in to make sure everything with the vehicle and service was going well, answered questions thoroughly, and made the process easy. It’s always appreciated when a team is both efficient and personable, and this location definitely gave that experience. Great customer service overall and a smooth rental process.

  Most terrible experience ever. They checked me in made me wait for 30 minutes and then mentioned they did not have any cars. They also could not give me an upgraded car because it was a different price so their solution was for me to keep waiting until they get a car returned. I uncovered all of this after probing with the very rude attendants. It’s a shame a business like this can even operate as an enterprise franchise

  I enjoyed my experience at this location. Workers super friendly. My processing time was like Fast Food..or Fast Car Rental. I have been going to airport for years ..but this will definitely be an awesome alternative.! Great job guys.

  Mia was a total lifesaver!!! She went above and beyond to get the exact car I needed that was vital for my cross country move-thank you for being awesome!!!

  Poor service. They said one thing and the other day another thing. They were lazy. They charge any type of fee so your bill will increase. Worst experience ever.
