  Place has a lot of potential but currently needs a lot of work. Everyone seem confused like they didn’t know what they were doing, upon offering me services everyone was walking around like a chicken with their head cut off after asking for the services offered and then I was told they couldn’t do it after 10 minutes of waiting. Nobody seemed to know what they were talking about besides the oil and tire part of it. Place was clean and seemed like it had a lot of potential but all the employees bickering at each other and having a bad attitude on top of Barely understanding the services they are offering. For a simple oil change place seems OK but I would not take any of the extra services offered, Seems like they only know how to change oil and fill tires

  The staff is absolutely amazing here!!! In and out in no time. They are friendly, detailed oriented, and ensure you are comfortable with the process every step of the way. Will gladly recommend the Brunswick Valvoline Team, to anyone and everyone!!!

  the employees were so professional and polite. very efficient - just a great overall experience. I worry how hot it is in here fir the workers!

  In and out in under 10 mins. Very good customer service as well. Little more expensive but worth it for the time saved.

  When I pulled up, all the staff was nice. They were very attentive to detail, they also checked everything down to the cabin filter in my vehicle. Everything they did, they let you know why they were doing it.
