  my first time at this location. usually these things make me nervous, but the staff was extremely friendly and worked quickly! i was in and out, no appointment. also got a good deal on my oil change. highly recommend!!

  Fast and efficient. That is exactly what Im looking for. I live in a fast paced life and for me to be able to go and in less than 10 minutes get all my stuff done is really nice. Thank you Preston, Josh and Jonathan.

  I Have brought my Jeep twice and my truck once. I have them the benefit of doubt when they first opened but still no change unfortunately. Can’t rotate tires because didn’t have right socket for lugs. Can’t change cabin air filter because they really don’t know how too. That was first time. My truck they didn’t have the battery I needed but they had a battery close to $300 that would work. 2nd time for Jeep. Oil change, tire rotation and cabin air filter. They dumped the oil then stated oh we don’t have that type of oil, we have to order it. Should be here soon. Cabin air filter, 2 techs looked at it and said we don’t know, manger looked and he called some people and online, but after everything else I said no thank you on the rotation and air filter. If they didn’t dump my oil before they realized they didn’t have it I would’ve left.

  From the time I pulled up to the time I left amazing customer service. Jordan was friendly and very helpful and transparent, he and the rest of the team communicated very well and had me in and out without any problems in 8 minutes. I love it and will definitely be back, most likely will be my new place for my car care.

  I had planned a 10 hour plus drive out of town and noticed that I had 10% oil life per my GM vehicle warning system. I had no time, nor desire, to schedule a lengthy (and uber costly) oil change service appointment at a dealership, so I searched the nearby area I was planning on doing a bit of grocery shopping for the day- sidenote we live 50 miles from the nearest supermarkets, so I wanted to do this all in one trip. The Brunswick, Georgia Valvoline was a LIFESAVER! I was greeted and in their service bay, instantly! The guys were PROFESSIONAL, KNOWLEDGEABLE and FRIENDLY! Jordan, Chance, James and Preston were all very focused and worked very well together. Chance was a super sweet and friendly young man who welcomed me with a smile and kindness, while Jordan was SO KNOWLEDGEABLE as he answered every single question I had, in great detail. He showed me the air filter and gave me honest feedback on all aspects of my SUV’s service requirements. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them and this location to everyone, especially women drivers. They honored my online coupon and offered future discounts (which my husband really appreciated when I told him that I had taken my vehicle maintenance into my own hands). These young men made me feel well taken care of and secure in my service! I absolutely plan on using Valvoline in the future, simply bc these young men were so exemplary and the service was, in all, wonderful! Thanks again Jordan and Chance!! You guys rock!!
