  Great team. Both our cars were done in a good amount of time. The app found that replacing my windshield would be cheaper with their price than claiming it on the insurance. The team was helpful in recommending the additional service. The tech also noticed a weird noise my car was making. Just my luck my AC condenser went out, but with the information I was able to troubleshoot after I picked my car up. Thank you so much.

  Absolutely terrible experience from start to finish. Our mobile appointment was changed the day before because Safelite broke the window they were supposed to install. At the shop, the clerk couldn’t figure out the payment plan we had already set up in the app, even though it was clearly on the invoice. Then we were charged $500 MORE than our quote because the technician overcharged us. The shop wouldn’t answer the phone, so we had to spend 20 minutes with corporate getting it corrected. We were told the car would be ready in 2-3 hours. At 3:30 we were notified it was finished, then at 4:15 we were texted that the shop was closing and we could pick it up the next day. No warning. No attempt to accommodate us. Just, “Come back tomorrow.” And the workmanship? Awful. A week later, we discovered the window seals had been butchered during installation. The cuts were so sloppy they looked like they were made by a kindergartner learning to use scissors. We were actually surprised the window hadn’t leaked. At this point, Safelite had managed to turn one window replacement into multiple phone calls, an incorrect $500 charge, an extra day without our vehicle, and a workmanship problem that now needs to be fixed. If this is what Safelite considers quality service, I’d hate to see what they consider a bad job. We won’t be using Safelite again, and I’d strongly suggest taking your vehicle somewhere that actually knows how to install the product they’re selling.

  Had a rock smash my window on the way to a work function around coastal GA. Our insurance company directed up to Safelite in Brunswick and had arranged a next morning appointment. I was amazed they had a windshield for a bit very common BMW.b John was very nice and did the job in 90 minutes including camera calibration. I picked up the car and driving back to the hotel I noticed a great deal of noise. I looked at the installation and the rubber seals were not totally replaced. I also thought the noise will probably resolve once the window settles. I tried calling the office but you go through a national call center. She was terrific but couldn't get in touch with the Brunswick office cashing twice while I waited. Thankfully I had the tech cell phone when he told me the car was ready. I contacted him and even though he was off the rest of the day he got back to me and told me to bring the car back the next day. The noise indeed stopped and he was able to fix the inside trim. He was very professional and explained everything. Extra time but happy with the service

  ONE STAR — DO NOT TRUST THIS LOCATION WITH YOUR VEHICLE. Safelite replaced my front windshield on August 18. Just seven days later, on August 25 and 26, rainwater poured into my vehicle. This was not a minor drip—the windshield leaked profusely into the interior immediately after the work Safelite performed. I took my car to the dealership to rule out other possible causes and get a recall repaired. The dealership specifically confirmed that the sunroof was not leaking and that the newly installed windshield needed to be resealed. On September 8, I returned to Safelite expecting a straightforward warranty repair. Despite the installation timing and the dealership’s diagnosis after the rainfall incident, Safelite refused to repair the windshield and refused to provide a refund. They took my money, returned my vehicle with a windshield that allowed water inside, and then declined to correct their own work. Mistakes can happen. What is completely unacceptable is refusing to take responsibility afterward. A warranty is meaningless when the company will not honor it after an installation fails. I am now forced to dispute the charge and find another company to correct Safelite’s work. Save yourself the aggravation, protect your vehicle, and use a different glass company.
