The service was excellent. Mr Joseph took care of the questions I had for my car. It was tire puncture and he put right in the line. I didn’t make an appointment but still I got service right away. Also the service technician Mr Jamie did a good job.

My family and I was headed on I95 north to St Simons for Mother's Day, but needed to stop at Sam's first. We pulled off I95 north however heard a loud grinding/dragging noise coming from under the car. Now, this situation took priority and we needed a service station. Luckily the Mavis Tire and Brakes in Brunswick is near the Sam's and open on Sundays. We dropped the car off, walked in next door to Chili's, and before our food got to our table received the call that our car was finished. The service was completed by T and Joseph, but the entire team at Mavis Tires and Brakes was fantastic as my service work was accomplished free of charge. Yes, folks, service stations or those old family garages that you may have heard about from your Grandparents, they still exist. The Mavis Tires and Brakes in Brunswick as well as the Mavis Tires and Brakes in Kingsland, Ga are true service stations that care about their customers and the quality of their work. Thank you so much, T and Joseph, for taking care of our immediate car issue today.

I went in on Sunday with a flat zero-turn front tire. Technician Joseph helped by setting the bead and re-inflating the tire in under a minute, after I spent an hour trying different "tricks" of fixing it at home. I asked how much, and he said no charge. I will definitely come back when my truck needs new tires. Great customer service. Thank you Joseph and Mavis Tire.

I placed my order and appointment online for four tires and tpms sensor check. When I arrived I was surprised by how not busy this location was. After the work was completed and I was checking out I questioned whether or not the tpms sensors had been replaced and was told by the two service advisors they weren’t, because they didn’t have any in stock. I can’t believe that a tire shop doesn’t have them in stock or at least have the ability to get them. They informed me I could come back and they would give me a “good deal “! I asked what a good deal was and was told probably $100 for the sensors. I purchased a set of four sensors from Amazon for $20 and they were delivered the next day. A couple hours later I had them installed myself. If the service advisors weren’t so busy playing around on their phones instead of taking care of customers maybe I would give a better rating.

I was in such a jam the other day I got a flat tire and had my car towed to Mavis. I have a Volkswagen and it has those locks on the wheels so I had to go find a A key which I did at Boatwright Volkswagen. Then I took it back to Mavis and they were ready to give up because they couldn’t get it the tire off. The Key was slipping and wasn’t working. They didn’t give up. . They were able to fix my tire that had a nail in it and make my day a lot better if it wasn’t for Joseph, Austin, and T I don’t know what I would’ve done. And they didn’t charge me a dime. Excellent Service, care and concern.
