  Horrible experience! Car was last available and bottomed out pulling out on the street and then made load noise. Lost hubcap on interstate.

  I was traveling from Atlanta to Jekyll Island for a conference. Traveling over 6 hours when I arrived at Jekyll my tire pressure light came on. I put air in tire and in morning the light was on. I called Enterprise roadside assistance and they walked me through the process. I was instructed to drive to Enterprise branch in Jekyll Island. They gave me another car. The process took less than 7 minutes. I felt valued and appreciated throughout this whole process. I use Enterprise for my business and personal. This is another reason why I chose Enterprise.

  You can't get the vehicle you want. I reserved a luxury vehicle. I was told they NEVER have any. When I got there, they had an Audi Q5. They told me " it was going back" whatever that means. I had a choice between base models of 25 Jetta with tires down to the wear bars, a 26 Malibu, 26 Kia something 5, or a 26 Chevy Trax. I took the trax which had a wierd odor in it (I'm a former smoker 2 years) and as I was leaving, the lady who inspected my vehicle was inspecting the Audi for someone else. Next time, I'll give my buisness to someone else. Other than that bullcrap, everything else was great!

  I had a very disappointing experience with Enterprise in Brunswick, GA. I made a reservation expecting that a confirmed reservation meant a vehicle would actually be available. Instead, I received a phone call only an hour and a half before my scheduled pickup time informing me that my reservation had to be canceled because another customer decided to extend their rental. While I understand that unexpected situations happen, what I don’t understand is the lack of consideration for customers who have made plans around a confirmed reservation. Waiting until the last minute to notify someone leaves almost no time to make other transportation arrangements and shows a complete lack of respect for your customers’ time. This wasn’t just an inconvenience, it ruined my family’s vacation that we had planned before the kids go back to school. We had taken time off, made plans, and were looking forward to spending quality time together, only to have everything fall apart because Enterprise couldn’t honor a confirmed reservation. If a reservation can simply be canceled because another rental is extended, then what is the purpose of making a reservation in the first place? Enterprise should have a better system in place to protect confirmed reservations or, at the very least, provide customers with much earlier notice and a comparable replacement vehicle. I expected much better customer service from a company of this size. Instead, I was left scrambling at the last minute with no real solution and a disappointed family. This experience has made me seriously question whether I can rely on Enterprise in the future. I hope management takes this seriously and improves how situations like this are handled so other families don’t have their plans ruined as ours were.
