  I usually rent from Savannah Skidaway road however I rented from this Brunswick location due to traveling for work. I picked up on a Saturday with a vehicle that was extremely noisy on the road and hard for my clients to hear my speaking when on the phone. With in 3 days, he was able to get me into a vehicle that was much quieter. I definitely recommend John and this branch - they are friendly, helpful, and really considerate of my needs for travel for work.

  My car got totaled, wasn't my fault. Paying for my own rental until Glynn County reimburses me for destroying my only car.. Cheyenne and Will did me solid. Would recommend.

  I got frequent updates via text, which was very helpful and reassuring with all of the insurance dates changing (rental car while my car was being repaired following an accident). Also, I had to pick up the first day after a holiday. The location was overwhelmed and understaffed, but you’d never know it by the upbeat and courteous manner of all employees. Super impressive. Thank you!!

  I had a very disappointing experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Brunswick, GA. My rental was arranged through Allstate Insurance after an auto accident, so I expected at least a basic level of service and coordination. On the first day, they didn’t have a vehicle available at all. I returned the next day, only to be told I had a 2:00 PM appointment—something no one had ever communicated to me. After waiting and dealing with the confusion, I wasn’t given a vehicle until around 3:30 PM. What I finally received was unacceptable. The car was filthy, had only about 1/8 tank of gas, and was covered in dents. When I questioned the manager, I was told it was “all they had,” despite multiple vehicles clearly sitting in the parking lot. Overall, the experience was disorganized, frustrating, and far below what I would expect—especially given that this rental was tied to an insurance claim. I would not recommend this location. :::

  I scheduled a large SUV with Enterprise customer service 9 days in advance. They told me they would have one available, and if not, they would bring one from another branch. I called the local Enterprise in Brunswick, GA, on 6-11-26 to confirm the vehicle was there. Kip from sales told me two would be returning by Friday noon. He assured me everything would be fine. He said he would call if the cars weren't available and to make adjustments. No call, so I thought everything was okay. I called again on 6-12-26 at 3:36, and Kip told me no cars were available despite the earlier schedule. Kip then said there was nothing he could do and didn't apologize or try to help. This customer service at Enterprise in Brunswick, GA, is the worst. So I called several other places in the last few minutes. The Budget at the Brunswick airport was helpful and very friendly, and I got better rates on a rental. They handled everything professionally. I do not recommend Enterprise in Brunswick. I do recommend Budget or Avis for future airport rentals!!
