I bought my car from this dealership in November and it is now May and I STILL do not have a license plate or proper registration for my vehicle. After my second temporary tag expired, I reached out only to find out they never even submitted my paperwork to the DMV. Then I was told they had to redo everything because they “lost a folder.” To make matters worse, after finally processing everything, they sent my license plate to the wrong address. The sales general manager told me he would send me the dealer packet so I could go to the DMV myself and resolve the issue, but it has now been over a week of constant messages with no response and no paperwork sent. My temporary tags have been expired since March, meaning I’m driving a $35,000 financed vehicle that could be impounded if I get pulled over because the dealership failed to handle basic registration paperwork correctly. On top of all of this, I was promised that a paint chip on the front bumper and a dent in the door would be repaired after purchase. Now management is acting like they know nothing about it. This has been one of the most frustrating and stressful car-buying experiences I’ve ever had. Communication has been terrible, promises have not been honored, and the lack of accountability is unbelievable. I would strongly recommend thinking twice before purchasing a vehicle from this dealership.

I bought a truck from here and it has been nothing but disappointment the moment the truck got delivered to me. I am an out of state buyer so I was being very diligent on the inspection that was done since I am not there in person. Miguel the general sales manager sent me an inspection sheet his technicians performed with tire tread depth measurements, brake measurements, oil filter and oil change performed, engine air filter checked etc.. All the numbers and conditions were good and in serviceable condition. On paper only. Upon receiving the truck I immediately performed my own inspection of the tires and overall condition of the truck. As you can see in the photos, when measuring the tread on the tires from the wear bump, the tires were at 2/32, 3/32, 3/32, 4/32 and one of the tires has a nail in it close to the sidewall and is leaking slowly. I then found the left fog light housing supports snapped off the bumper and just flopping around, not secured to anything. I also inspected the engine air filter and found it black. I immediately called Miguel and advised him of my findings so far and that is before I even test drove the truck for the first time! He told me to drive it and then call him back with any further issues. So I took the truck out for a test drive on the highway, when I went to apply the brake I immediately felt the brake pedal pulsating and the steering wheel was shaking excessively signifying the rotors are warped. I called Miguel once again and advised him of my findings and generated a parts list to correct these issues as well as the truck requiring new tires. I provided the list of the parts required over the phone with him and I was told " Yea we're only going to pay for the brakes and rotors ($560, BTW, I'm going to be doing the maintenance as well which saves him more money)". I questioned the tires and why he wouldn't replace them and was told "my techs inspected them and I trust my techs". I then replied with " I can provide pictures of the tire tread with a depth gauge proving the tread was in fact low and not what they stated on the inspection report". I was told, " It doesn't matter if you send me pictures of the tires with your gauge, I trust my techs.". Unbelievable. I have actual proof. I have since been waiting for a check to do the brakes and rotors myself. It has been over a month now and still have not received anything. Another thing to add, within the first 2 weeks of having the truck, the check valve on the fuel pump is faulty causing the truck to not even start sometimes or have extended crank till i stop it. AND my temp tag has now expired and was told I'd be overnighted another temp tag. That was 5 days ago. So now I have a truck I can't even drive with issues still existing. Within this 30+ day wait so far I have made COUNTLESS attempts to contact Miguel through calls/texts and can prove it. I've also reached out to my salesman who says they would reach out to Miguel and get it taken care of. Still nothing. I've seen previous reviews about this same issue with Miguel and contacting him before and I can confirm they were right. So now I am done dealing with him and have attempted to reach out to the GM Brent Johnson and still haven't heard back. This needs to be resolved. This is unacceptable. This is by far the worst experience I've ever had with a purchase. I can't drive my truck. My brakes are still shot. I had to pay for tires that cost me $1700, replace the engine air filter, cabin air filter and now the check valve on the fuel pump is failing which is causing extended crank with no start intermittently. WORST experience I've ever had. This needs to be resolved. I shouldn't of had to purchase tires myself or done any of the maintenance I've done so far. None of the actual trucks condition matched the inspection sheet which I've also attached. Someone needs to fix this or I will go to corporate.

I had been looking for a truck for few months. I came into Vaden to look at a truck that I had found on the website. Only to discover that truck was not on the Brunswick lot. So I met Wisper who guided me To another Colorado. It was a great fit for me and my needs. Wisper made the experience very enjoyable for me. Anyone that is nervous about buying from a dealership should definitely go and see Wisper I promise you, she will relax you and help you through the entire process. Everyone from sales to finance made my experience enjoyable. This is my second purchase from Vaden. I will be back. Thanks for making this an awesome experience Wisper.

Started shopping a while ago for a used vehicle for our son. Talk about all over the spectrum. Audi; Buick; Cadillac; Dodge. A lot of miles put on driving to dealerships. I lost track of all the vehicles he was interested in. When I finally decided it was time to pull the trigger, we found a few newer, used vehicles at Dan Vaden Chevrolet in Brunswick. This was after trying to track down a vehicle that was located at their CJDR lot in Brunswick. All said and done: our first communication with the dealership was Fred Voigt. We allowed our son to do the tire kicking and asking the questions, as well as the test drives. He had his sights on a CT5 (we both did). The day we arrived; another lot had picked it up the night before. Strike one. It didn't take long for our son to find another vehicle that he liked. A 2024 Dodge Durano GT Plus all blacked out. (We have had many Dodge vehicles in the past). Well with Fred's assistance and patience with our son - we got a fair deal, a very friendly and always responsive experience. Fred's a busy salesman but would recommend reaching out to him for your used card needs. There were a couple of questions after the sale that our son had and they were dealt with very quickly. Many thanks to Fred, Joe and the Service Department for helping with an after sale request. TCM

I refuse to reach out to this place again about a vehicle they will go through the whole process of filling out the paperwork then keep lying saying i will call you back but never do ,all you have to do is tell the person they didn’t get approved or what’s the long wait for ,it’s like they throw the customers to the side that may have a low chance of getting a vehicle ,none really have tried to help but if you mention bringing money down they quick to try an bring you in,it’s all about sales their no customer service at all an once before they mention a down payment that would work but completely ghost me ,I’m learning some of these dealerships need to hire people that’s respectful and not waiste customers time it’s kind of messed up because some of us do need a vehicle to get to to work ,it’s like most that work their don’t care an is about money it’s sad
