  Your night manager Mike is very rude doesn’t answer the telephone properly so you don’t even know you are calling AUTOZONE I purchased break pads and rotors from the 341 store but had to pick the break pads up from Community Rd because they had them in stock on Friday July 17 when my mechanic went to put the pads on my car Saturday the wrong pads were in the box. So called the 341 store to see if they had gotten any in stock they told me I would have to go to Community Rd cause they had another set. I asked if he could call and confirm he did so the young gentleman at community rd unfortunately I did not catch his name but he was willing to help he was very nice but because Mike wanted to take control of situation I had to be waited on by him and basically he was a little agitated that the employee had pulled the brake pads off the shelf before I had arrived because the other store told them I was on my way. I was in a bit of a time crunch it was after 7:30 pm and Mike was taking his own sweet Time to do my transaction I told him the price will not ring up the same because I bought the rotors and pads together so there is a package discount and he was very rude. I used to work for AUTOZONE he never particularly liked me because I worked with him at Walmart I do not know what his issue is with me but this is no excuse. I am a paying customer and I still choose to shop with this company even though there are better ones across the street and down the road from these locations. I don’t appreciate being treated this way. From now on if Community road is the only location the part is at then they can deliver it to the 341 store where everyone there is very nice and are willing to help. I am a paying customer in the last two weeks I have spent over $500 in your stores I can always take my business elsewhere.

  Travis Carter that works in Auto zone was an amazing help, he offered to help us change a belt to a vehicle. He was awesome God bless person like him.

  My daughter got a battery today and Bill helped her and put the battery in. When she left Autozone she stopped to get gas and her car would not start. She then called me her Father to come see what was wrong with the car. I popped the hood and asked when she got the new battery and she told me Bill had helped her and put the battery in the car about 30 minutes ago. I inspected the install and he never tightened down the bolts or cleaned the battery corrosion of the battery connectors. I asked which autozone then I called and Bill answered the phone I told him my daughter just purchased a battery about 30 minutes ago and I wanted to know who installed the battery and he said he was the one that installed it. I proceed to ask why he didn’t clean the battery connections before installing the new battery and he said it was busy and he had to get back in the store. I told him my daughter was now stranded at a convenient store because the connections were not cleaned and the bolts were not tightened down so she lost power to the automobile. This was unacceptable customer service and if your going to do the job do it right as I understand there are other customers and if it was that busy let the customer know that it may take 20 minutes or so because you have to handle other customers as well as try and put in a battery. I would suggest training of the staff for situations like this so customers are safe on the road once they leave with a new battery. By the way no battery terminal grease at all was put on the terminals when installed and she never was given any at all when she left Autozone.

  Went by the store looking for a few things. My truck computer said I needed to replace the engine air filter. Caidan volunteered to replace the filter; however, when he took the old one out he told me it looked good. To be sure he asked Bill, another good man, they both said it did not need replacing...saving me $20 plus dollars. Caiden also checked my compartment air filter. Again, said it did not need replacing...saving me another $20 plus dollars. In this day and time it's somewhat sporadic to work with personable professionals. A very good experience and highly recommend to anyone needing auto supplies to conduct their business here first. Submitted by Jack Ray
