I believe he is over the store but told me he recently transferred from Jacksonville. I went there for a part to fix my car myself (it usually takes me hours of YouTube to conquer such thing). I didn’t have to ask for help.. all I needed to do was looked stressed and confused & an angel sent from God himself fixed my engine thermostat. I had no AC for months! I even took it to an auto repair 2x and it kept breaking! This man, with his majestic hands, fixed my problem. I didn’t know they would be able to do such a thing nor did I ask. Such a kind caring soul this man has! He made my day and I’m so grateful. Me and my kids now have AC in this hot weather!! 😭❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ Godbless this man he deserves it THANK YOU TRAVIS we are SO GREATFUL
- SSShaneApr 26, 20265.0I had a sidewall blowout on my tire, locking lugnut, and no key for the lugnut and I was stranded 2 hours out of town. Firestone told me to go kick rocks. Brad at this Autozone listened to my situation and didn't just treat me like a customer, he treated me like a human. I wasn't a $ sign, I wasn't a statistic for signing up for whatever BS these other companies try to pedal you to sign you up for. To whoever in higher management reads this review please give Brad a raise. I will be a returning customer because of him. His customer service is how you build loyal customers. This isn't a 5 star review. Its a 6 star review that was earned by Brad being a good dude. Thanks Brad!!

On behalf of me and the company i would like to extend my eternal gratitude for the customer service from Mike the manager Gerry the driver for going above and beyond what customer service should all be about. I broke down in the middle of a road trip from Maryland to Florida on the way back. Alternator died and the battery was in bad shape due to age. They not only delivered the parts for the service but they entrusted me with tools to do the repairs as well. Big shout out to that team in Brunswich, GA. Made os home safely. Thanks again team.
