  Bad experiences in service department 3xs with 2 different vehicles…thought this was the “go to” place for truck service but its the same everywhere you go. Bad Ram service here and at another dealer prompted me to dump the ram…. On a recent inquiry on a truck I was interested in buying trying to get everything “firmed up” before driving the two hours up there, i found the salesman have some kind of attitides up here as well which made me remember our horrible experience with the service department so maybe it was an omen! Was trying to get up there first thing this morning, messaged the salesman first thing and he was supposed to get right back with me and I was gonna head up there etc and he nvr got back with me so finally i just went to work and decided that id follow up and yeah I guess he thought I was just some bum with no money or intention on buying anything when I was ready to jump in the rollback with a check and head up there!

  James O'Neal Dodge sales are trying a little harder these days... Darrin and Bruce are two fine salesmen. While Beau and Les are the best in the service department! if you are a female and want to be treated with respect and not be taken advantage of this is a great place to go. I drive a 2006 Dodge Durango with almost 400,000 miles on it daily. I bought it brand new from James O'Neal and have always had it serviced here. They are just a great , trustworthy service department to me. I can't leave out Chad O'Neal in the parts department. Anytime I need to order tires or a part, he is on it with the best deal and the fastest delivery. Her has always been right there to help out in anyway possible. Thank you guys for all you do for me and all the other customers that come through James O'Neal Dodge on the daily to keep their vehicles not only running but also safe. Shannon Morris
