  I would not recommend going to this service center. I came here before and the young lady that helped me was very kind and nice. Today I went to go get my son's oil change in his vehicle and the asst manager that guided me in was very rude. As soon as I get ready to ask him a question, he tells me to open the door so he can scan my car. I said OKAY no problem, but I was going to ask... then he cut me off mid-sentence and says, " yeah, open the door so I can get your information". He did not even give me a chance to ask the question nor knew was I was about to say. Needless to say, I will not be going back to that particular location. For all he knew, I could had been a mystery shopper and he FAILED horribly!

  After waiting in line more than a half hour - and being asked to move my car to another lane twice while they jockeyed cars around - I was informed that they couldn't use their Restore and Protect oil because they didn't have their computers updated with the product codes. What I was not told is that I could have brought the oil to them and they would have performed the service. I found that out later when I called the Lawrenceville location. It's hard to believe that the manager doesn't have the ability to put a miscellaneous sale into their POS system - especially considering they have the product at the location - but it is what it is.

  Had a great experience at this location, such great customers service. I was in and out. Sarah helped me Out with everything, I like how she took her time to tell me what my car needed. Honestly the entire team was great!

  I always go to this location because the customer service is excellent. I went today for a few things in addition to an oil change and Sarah was so helpful and friendly, she is a great employee :)

  I came to Valvoline for oil change,pulled in,the attendant asked me to back up,I did,he put someone in front of me. I was put in another line.10 min.go by and I was ask to back up again due to a car in line was leaving.As I began to pull back up they said wait and put someone in front of me again,nope I left !!!! I thought it was 1st come 1st serve... I guess if you're an old white guy the minorities don't like you...this place sux !!!
