  Reservé un lugar y cuando llegué a las 9:00 pm, estaban todos los lugares ocupados cuando entro a la tienda, les dije que tenía un lugar de reservado y me dijeron que si no había lugares disponibles, no podían hacer nada por mí, porque no podían salir de la tienda una vez que oscurecía. Tuve que pedir mi reembolso y buscar un lugar diferente para estacionarme. Eso sí, atención al cliente de Pilot por teléfono muy amable.

  I would like to make a formal complaint about my experience at this Pilot Travel Center yesterday. I spent approximately 1 hour and 40 minutes trying to get help with printing just one document. During that time, I felt completely ignored by both the staff and the people around me. The employees did not seem genuinely interested in helping me or resolving a very simple issue. What made the experience even worse was the overall atmosphere. The way people were treated and the lack of helpful customer service made the location feel more like a jail than a business or customer service facility. I left the location extremely frustrated and upset. Even now, I am still thinking about the experience and the stress it caused me. I believe customers should be treated with basic respect, and employees should make a reasonable effort to assist customers when they ask for help. I hope Pilot management will take this complaint seriously, review what happened, and address the customer service issues at this location.

  I booked a parking spot 3 hours in advance. Ran my clock till I got there with only about 10 minutes to spare. The manager Tracy refused to move other illegally parked trucks out of the way and refused to call law enforcement to get them out saying “we don’t move trucks after dark or call law enforcement” I have been to almost every pilot j in the country and I’ve never seen this before. The whole point for the reserved parking is to have a parking space when my clock runs out. But they are the only pilot j that will not have good faith about reserving a parking space. I had to use adverse conditions to go park on a random off ramp that night putting my own safety at risk. I hope this pilot j gets new management ASAP because this kind of thing should never happen.

  The worst service ever. They cancelled my shower and didn't even apologize. When I asked why, they just said with a disgruntled face that the shower was no longer working...

  I would like to thank the pilot for all the help staff was great especially 1st shift Zilia and manager Bre... They were very very great 😃👍 this place is clean and workers t on point great job guys....
