- DBDevonta Berryhill6 days ago1.0Went in for an oil change I was the second car in the bay so this was not my first time at this Valvoline location I’ve been there previously and got an oil change with no problems but after this last visit I drove away with a broken skid plate and a oil leak plus with the employees telling me how cheap my car parts were made and that they break easily remind you the last time I needed an oil change I went to this valvoline location and had zero issues but this time was different. I had to miss a day of work and I had to get another oil change plus a brand new drain plug because of them I missed 10 hours of work and I’m out $123 for their screw up.

This is the second time I have been here and both times the employees were kind, helpful, respectful and professional. The team, lead by Zander did an outstanding job and left me feeling confident that my car was in great shape and safe to drive for many years to come. They checked my lights, tire pressure, and battery as well as change the oil. An explanation concerning the function of my battery and oil level was given, showing thet they are knowledgeable and take their job seriously. Great customer service with great friendly personalities.
