  Racetrac tries so hard to compete with QT. But they don’t staff adequately which results in closing the inside at night. I understand security. But you build a gas station that’s more than gas, and the. You close the inside half the nights cause you only have one person. Now here, today at 4:30 pm on Friday. Check out these trash cans. I know this is a small detail but it just highlights the lack of staffing and lack of performance. Every trash can overflowing.

  Open 24 hours? Several nights in the last 2 weeks I’ve come by and all the lights are on, employees are in the store, and the parking lot has at least 3-6 cars of people waiting to be let in because the doors are locked. Example: tonight at 9:15, my husband and I stopped for a drink and to use the atm. There were 3 employees in the store, all the lights on, doors locked. There were 4 people standing outside waiting to get in. No one came to the door and said they had closed and there was no sign on the door. A lady waiting in line called, it rang Annie 15 times before an employee picked up and said they were closed.
