- JMJennifer ManeyMar 29, 20261.0Took my kid there for the frozen yogurt and first they were out of cups and second once they gave us cups the frozen yogurt coming out of the machines was pure water. Nothing frozen. Only one employee was in there helping customers. The other employee stayed in the back after handing us cups. They didnt even offer to help with the machine to turn it on to make the yogurt. The one employee was dealing with people buying lotto and couldnt walk away to get us help. So much for stopping there for a Sunday treat! If a store is offering a product, they need to make sure they have that product and that the employees know how to turn a machine on. Disappointed after all the money we have spent there in the past that we couldnt get the one thing we specifically drove there for. You need more and better employees working there.
