  I came in for a simple oil change, and this location managed to damage my car and then deny any responsibility for it. Their technician broke a coolant fitting under my hood while removing the engine cover, which caused coolant to spray all over my engine bay. My car had zero leaks or issues before this visit, and it had a full inspection at an Audi‑certified service center just six months ago, so there is no question the damage happened here. Instead of owning up to it, the staff denied fault, refused to cover a tow, and offered no apology. Their “solution” was to send an employee to AutoZone to buy a generic hose that doesn’t even fit my car. They installed this oversized hose as a makeshift bypass and then told me the fix was “super temporary” and that I needed to take it to a real shop immediately. Despite all of this, they still charged me full price for the oil change. So now I’m left with a damaged cooling system, a car that may not be safe to drive, and a shop that refuses to take accountability for the mess they caused. This is completely unacceptable. If you value your vehicle, avoid this location entirely.

  Oil change service was quick. They also checked the air in my tires and topped off my windshield wiper fluid. Chris was very helpful, and found a good discount we could apply to the services we received.

  They were so friendly and kind. I hate getting my car worked on but it was painless and quick. I’ll be back.

  Very friendly staff. Helpful with suggestions and options, but most importantly no pressure to do anything other than requested. They made sure I got the best price possible and the service was excellent. Will be back.

  Stopped in today after my Wife's Cancer treatment. Found out that the place we regularly use for servicing has NEVER changed, or even mentioned, the cab filter in our Equinox. Well, it had to be the filthiest filter I've EVER seen come out of a vehicle. Everybody was extremely courteous and went above and beyond to fix my issues. We'll be back.....(UPDATE: THAT WAS A 5STAR REVIEW)-- MY Wife and I drove the hour back home that Friday and never expected what I would find the next day. I needed to go into town where I live on the following Saturday. After getting home from running into town, I noticed oil on my grass in the yard. I popped the hood and oil was puddled in the areas of the Engine that could hold liquid. I layed on the ground and oil was blown all under my car from front to rear. Fortunately I had a little oil at the house so that I could hopefully get to the Eagle oil change I normally used where I live. I headed into town and they had already closed (Saturday). I called Jiffy Lube (they remembered me) and, after sending them pictures they requested, I reached into the Engine and found that whichever Tech had the responsibility of tightening the Top-mounted Oil filter Cap on my Equinox DIDN'T. I was able to turn it several times to hand-tighten it. I thought "How in the World did we get home yesterday AN HOUR, RUSH HOUR, without the Engine blowing up?" Clearly God got us home because, according to the dipstick, every bit of the Oil was on my Engine and underside. I walked a block over to the AutoZone to get more Oil and a way to tighten the filter casing. I really hate having to update this post like this because everybody at that location was nice to us. I just cringe to think how close I came to having a big, white paper weight with "Equinox" on the side of it.
