At least 75% of the time there was some sort of equipment broken/issue. I have been trying to cancel my membership for 2 months now-I have emailed, called, etc; even getting a refund at one point-only to have them continue charging my card. The whole thing is mismanaged at best, and a scam at worst.

Yesterday the machine ripped off the running board on my 2025 RAM Truck. While the local team took down all my information, and promised me a manager would reach out…crickets. Impossible to contact the local car wash or the corporate office. Systematic blocking of wanting to help a customer. I have been a member with two cars for 5 years! Nobody cares.
