  Great service. My daughter was supposed to have an oil change. However the mechanic could not remove the oil pan bolt to let the oil out. Instead of forcing it open, he admitted he couldn’t service it and referred us to Toyota. It was a Prious. Previous mechanic from a different shop stripped the bolt. No charge. I had an oil change as well, and the service manager to me through everything and was very thorough. Excellent job!!!

  I am going on a trip and wanted my oil changed first. I pulled in and was greeted promptly to find out what service I needed. There was a short wait time. They checked my lights and blinkers, my fluid levels and air filters. I was going to purchase new wipers and put them on before the trip. I asked and was able to have that taken care of at the same time. I also asked my technician if he could check my tire pressure. He did so gladly. My technician (David) was the best. He was polite and informative, letting me know the services they provided. Now in one stop my car is ready for the trip.

  I have brought my car here for almost 5 years, ever since I bought it. I have ne er had such bad service as I have had today. I waited for a good 45 minutes before I was pulled into a bay. At least of the time was with just one car in front of me. Then they started showing me filters. They showed me what I thought was the cabin filter, and I said change it. Then they started digging in the car, and asked me if I wanted a cabin filter. I told him him I wanted what the guy had shown me. I guess part of the issue is that Subaru engine filters look a lot like the cabin filters. After the long wait, my frustration level was already high. The communication issue didn't help. By the time the manager negotiated involved, I just wanted.to get the hell out. After almost 5 years, I won't be back. **Edit** I will add that the manager comped all services..

  Right before the road trip back home to Florida we needed to change the oil in our car for the upcoming heavy highway miles. We stopped at strickland brothers had a good experience with only a minor hiccup that was responded to overwhelmingly positively. It was really only a slightly longer wait than usual, but Isaiah was super nice about it and offered us cold waters while we waited. Apparently some of their equipment was acting up so I can't even blame them, but i really hope the owners outfit their team with all of the correct, updated, and working equipment to do their jobs more efficiently and reliably because not every customer will be as patient as we were and saving money on tools may end up costing more in lost revenue. The oil change went well and then because we waited so long (like 40 minutes or so), he offered to cover the entire oil change for us, but we couldn't accept that, nor could we believe that they were that generous and accountible for any shortcomings controllable or not, so we instead asked him to just give us a little discount and we ended up saving our coupons for next time. I would definitely go back to this location. The pricing for the full synthetic service was significantly cheaper than we are used to in Florida. And honestly, a little bit of a wait is not even a big deal when you're working with and waiting for good people and great service. Isaiah and his team really helped make the process a lot smoother and the business look better than it did initially. Thank you Isaiah for your help and your kind offer.
