    I booked my reservation through Delta.com (to pay with points) which allowed me to select a 5:30pm pick up time. I was unaware that the location closes at 5:30. No one called to advise me of their hours and suggest I arrive a little early. I got there at 5:30 and the door was already locked and everyone gone. I had planned to leave town at 6am the next morning because I had a 10 hour drive, but now I had to wait until they opened the next morning. I arrived at 8:15am. Manager looked at the computer concerned and said, "we'll make it work" several times. When I asked what he meant, he said "since you didn't show up, we gave your vehicle to someone else." When I booked my reservation, I was very particular about the class of vehicle I wanted because I would be doing alot of driving with alot of luggage. What I was given had sufficient space but was not comfortable and did not have the conveniences that I expected. After I asked several more questions (nicely, calmly, just wanting to understand their normal procedures), the manager told me that if someone misses their pick up time, they are given a 2-hour grace period before the reservation is considered cancelled. Yet I was given under 15 minutes. Unacceptable! I rent a car once a year on average, so I don't have Enterprise status. I don't expect to be remembered or treated better than anyone else. However, I do expect every person who rents from Enterprise to be given simple courtesies such as a phone call or the same grace period. There are no other car rental companies in my town, so I've relied on Enterprise for the 14 years I've lived here. But the next time I need a vehicle I will drive out of town to find another company to do business with.

    Customer Service at this local location is fine - they forgot to pick me up as promised to me on the phone, but that's truly okay. I'm writing this review because corporate/regional Enterprise is leaving this location high and dry when it comes to supply of adequate vehicles and their online rental service promising cars they can't deliver on: I needed a one-way rental to drive me and my two kids to my father-in-law's funeral. I rented an SUV and expected an SUV. I got a Mini Cooper. (The irony of it being a vehicle literally called a "Mini" isn't lost on me and I did laugh a little at that.) Because Enterprise promises vehicles sizes it can't deliver on, I was forced to leave behind items I planned on taking. I understand the auto industry is in upheaval and supply is an issue, but that's not an excuse. Enterprise shouldn't promise SUVs and hand out literal Mini Coopers at an SUV price. Very disappointing and inconvenient.

    I did have an issue with my recent rental. However, that was due to a new employee who is still learning, which doesn't take away the inconvenience is caused me. However, I have rented from this location for years, never have had a problem. I like Noah, the Manager. He knew what my issues were and he reached out to me and made things right. I really appreciated his determination to get things resolved for me. Thanks Noah!
