  Great service and dealership and the only one ill use. Only complaint is if you need to speak with someone in the service dept be prepared to be put on hold for 15 min before anyone can take your call.

  Just bought a 26 F250 lariat 7.3L ChatGPT says my out the door price was so low I might have stole it. And Joe had it transported the next day from Baxley GA to Louisville KY at no charge! Best truck deal I’ve ever made. Thanks very much.

  I want to give a huge thank you to Woody Folsom and the entire service team for the outstanding care I received during the repair process on my Ford Mustang Mach-E. While the paint issue itself was frustrating, their team handled everything with professionalism, excellent communication, and a true commitment to customer service every step of the way. My family and I have purchased many vehicles from Woody Folsom over the years, and experiences like this are exactly why we would never consider going anywhere else. Their dedication to taking care of their customers is second to none, and we truly appreciate all of their hard work.

  This dealership advertised an F350 flatbed online with multiple pictures of the truck. When I called to get price confirmation I was told that the price on line of $73k didn't include the flatbed shown in all the pictures and that it would be $8k more. Unbelievable. I let it go and purchased the same truck at another dealership which showed the actual truck and flatbed on their website with the actual price (which was also 3k cheaper). This was over 3 weeks ago. I just received a call from Folsom Ford asking if I was still in the market for the truck and I explained the situation and that I bought a truck somewhere else that actually advertises the real deal. She followed up with "well that's good for them". Baiting customers and following up with an attitude. Not cool.
