    This dealership advertised an F350 flatbed online with multiple pictures of the truck. When I called to get price confirmation I was told that the price on line of $73k didn't include the flatbed shown in all the pictures and that it would be $8k more. Unbelievable. I let it go and purchased the same truck at another dealership which showed the actual truck and flatbed on their website with the actual price (which was also 3k cheaper). This was over 3 weeks ago. I just received a call from Folsom Ford asking if I was still in the market for the truck and I explained the situation and that I bought a truck somewhere else that actually advertises the real deal. She followed up with "well that's good for them". Baiting customers and following up with an attitude. Not cool.

    Well I sat on curb waiting on a guy's 1 sales manager and 1 sales but nobody ever responded. Now I'm just pulling up to Jones Ford in North Charleston and looking at my next MUSTANG GT AND FOR A LOT LESS.

    It didn't take to long for them to do oil change and replace some filters. They are very friendly and I thank the world of them.Was surprised at how much it costed on a 2017 Grand Cherokee

    My Ford had two recalls, and the dealership was very attentive to get them completed. The appointment was made and kept, and Toby kept me informed and had the service completed quickly. I appreciate how quickly the appointment was made, and the waiting area is clean and well-maintained.
