  Went to my go-to Valvoline shop to do an oil change and the experience was very quick. The manager there, Elisia did an excellent job. Great Service, good communication and everybody there were great as well. They know how to get the job done.

  This location was GREAT! The service was fast, efficient, and professional. Scoop, Mikail, and Marcus were absolutely awesome! I felt like my car was in great hands with them. They truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. I really appreciate their excellent customer service and will definitely be back!

  I have been going to the Valvoline location on East-West Connector since they first opened. The Technicians are very helpful and professional and the Manager Elisia is very personable and through with the inspection of my vehicle I have 3 vehicles and this is only place I go for my oil changes because of the phenomenal Customer Service!

  I work in Marietta I live in powder Springs. I rushed home from work at 6:15 to get over here to get my oil changed when I drive up to the bay to get oil changed the workers were standing there and I’m asking which way do I go? Which tunnel do I get in go in which beta going in and he just waved me off like I know it’s close to quitting time but you ain’t gotta act like it and just waved me off so I didn’t like that that means if you that tired, you can’t even direct me in which bay to come into then I don’t need you under my hood working so I give you a one star for that even though I’d like to service previous, but I’ll just go to the one in Acworth because they seem a whole lot better with customer service

  I am genuinely impressed with my experience at this Valvoline Instant Oil Change, and I’ll definitely be coming back. Here is exactly why I was highly satisfied: 1. The Speed is No Joke I pulled in during a busy Saturday morning expecting to wait at least 45 minutes. I was in and out in under 15 minutes. The "Instant" part of the name is 100% accurate. I didn't even have time to finish my coffee. 2. The "Stay in Your Car" Experience is a Game Changer It might sound silly, but not having to get out of my car, walk into a stuffy waiting room, and sit next to strangers was a huge relief. It felt safe, clean, and incredibly convenient. 3. The Staff Were Actually Fun Usually, I dread the interaction at oil change places because the techs seem miserable. Not here. The team was energetic, professional, and actually seemed to enjoy working together. They explained exactly what they were doing, showed me the dipstick, and even pointed out that my air filter was clean (which I appreciated, because they could have easily tried to sell me one I didn't need). 4. Zero Pressure Upselling This was the biggest win for me. They did a thorough inspection and let me know that my wiper blades were starting to streak and my cabin filter was a little dirty. However, they simply informed me rather than pressuring me. When I said "Not today," they replied with "No problem, just keep an eye on it," and moved on. I never felt like I was being taken advantage of. 5. The Little Touches They topped off my windshield washer fluid without me asking, and they even vacuumed my front floor mats! Those little extras made me feel like they actually cared about my car, not just getting my credit card swiped. Overall, it was a painless, stress-free experience. If you hate wasting your weekend at a dealership, this is the place to go. 10/10.
