- JHJasmine H2 days ago5.0Called 30 minutes prior to closing to see if they could take a look at a tire that had a nail in it. Rob was super friendly and told me to come in and Tori expected the tire once I arrived and advised me they would be able to get it repaired for me today. I truly appreciate them getting me repaired in such short notice and helping what could have became a really bad situation not turn into one . Super friendly group. So much that I'm returning tomorrow for an oil change and brake inspection.

Management is friendly, employees are wonderful and Rob was such a great help while I was there both times. 10/10!!

On this visit, my car was making a noise and of course it stopped by the time I got it here. They made sure everything was safe to drive, and when I was expecting to pay a diagnostic fee, they told me that I was all good. Huge thanks to Rob and Jaylan!
- WYWhitney YoungApr 25, 20261.0Absolute worst place. I tried to give them a chance after previous experiences. I have an Avis rental car and was told they participate with that program. Made an appointment. Came in handed my keys and let them know I had an appointment and it was for Avis rental car. The man said okay. 40 minutes go by and I get called to the counter. I was asked how can I help you. I said wow I thought yall started by now. I said I have an appointment for an oil change with Avis rental car. Oh so I’m not sure if we do that. I know in the past we have but I’m going to have to call for an approval. I said how long will that take. 40 minutes. 40 minutes just for the approval and then behind to let me know I am not even sure if it will go through. I said so I’ve been here for 40 minutes and you want me to wait an additional 40 plus the time of the oil change and yall are clearly understaffed. Poor communication. If you all don’t participate please let the rental car company know so people like myself aren’t wasting time with your business.
