Just came in for a new tire and they checked other stuff around my car as well to see what else needed to be replaced. I thought I needed my back brakes replaced and they confirmed it. Thanks for all your help! Will be going again for future tire replacements

Be very careful with this place. They are very scandalous people. I was missing lug nuts for certain wheels and they are trying to say I'm missing 7 to try to increase the price from what I'm already paying. $1070 for 2 tires, sensors, and now plus 7 lug nuts. They are saying I was riding on 2 lug nuts on one wheel which I know for a fact I wouldn't and even checked days prior and present day. Be very careful with these people. This was my first time here and now I know for sure I won't be coming back to this business establishment ever again. They took advantage of a disabled person

Great experience from start to finish. Tori provided excellent customer service, was professional, knowledgeable, and kept me informed throughout the alignment process. The work was completed quickly, and my car drives much better now. I really appreciated the honesty and the time they took to explain what they found. I asked for driver rear leak check and repair, but he also found nail/screw in passenger rear and repaired as well.

I understand that auto repair shops can sometimes take longer than expected, and I was willing to be patient. However, what is unacceptable is replacing and installing new tires without properly checking the tire pressure before returning the vehicle to the customer.
Shortly after I got home, my tire pressure warning light came on. When I checked the brand-new tires purchased and installed by Mavis, I found that they were significantly underinflated. This is a basic safety check that should have been completed before the vehicle left the shop.
To make matters worse, the customer service inside the store was awful. The staff were unhelpful and did not seem concerned about providing a good customer experience.
Between the poor service and the lack of attention to a critical safety issue, I would not recommend this location to anyone. Very disappointing experience.
