My dashboard had “tire pressure low gage”. Mavis was the closest location to me at the time. My technician, O’Shay, was very kind and checked/refilled all tires to their correct pressure but also checked if there are any tears or nails that could have caused the loss of air. He found a nail on the tire side wall. I am grateful for his advice since I still had to travel 30 more minutes back. Thank you O’Shay!

My wife had an impact bubble on the sidewall of tire and came to the shop 10 minutes before closing time; with no spare to replace her tire. These guys went above and beyond to service her car while I was across town and couldn’t get to her in time. In 2026, where customer service is almost obsolete, this Mavis Team was exceptional, they had her laughing made her comfortable and sent her on her way safely. The manager Tori and the young lady at the counter were extremely helpful and knowledgeable with assisting with a tire replacement. There was a miscommunication with call center, but the associate stepped into action and assisted with getting the tire from another location. Thank you you to the entire staff for making this visit a pleasant one
