At this East West connector location the team here is very professional, courteous and timely. The service writers were helpful with my tire selection and at the conclusion of my visit made me aware about future maintenance that can be performed at my next visit.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. Not sure if it was a man or woman I just know it was a manager with dreadlocks on top of his or her head... She or he was very rude and nasty. Judged me for getting the free diagnostics but not bringing my car there why would anyone? Prices are insane just to have unskilled mechanics work on your car. They told me something was wrong with my car that was not. They have an entire new staff who knows nothing of what they are talking about and will say anything just to get a sale.

After waiting almost 2hrs for one tire that I had previously purchased to be put on my vehicle, the service technician pulls my vehicle to the front of the building and I ask for my key. The service technician declined to give me my key, stating "I gotta give it to her", her being Tori. I walk to the front desk as he handed my key to Tori, I once again ask for my keys, she tells me no because I need to sign paperwork first. I sign and she returns my key, however when I get in my vehicle, the tire warning indicator light is still on. I asked why it was still on and Tori responded "it's gonna go off by itself". No, in fact it won't. The particular make and model of my vehicle requires a manual reset, and if either of them had paid as much attention to a warning indicator light as they did to my key to my vehicle which had the tire and installation fees paid for before I even arrived at Mavis, then this oversight wouldn't have been missed. To add to the nonsense, they sent me several emails/invoices with false information claiming that I purchased items at the store.
