I have gone the route of cheaper tires from the national chains before. As I drove away, I immediately felt the difference in ride and comfort from quality performance tires and people who know what they are doing with alignment and service. Definitely a smoother ride and a lot more confidence behind the wheel.

Well come Wednesday he noticed they never replaced the tire! They only patched up the old tire! He never asked for this and also paid for the new tire! Is this an honest mistake?!? Absolutely not! This is Butler Tire being so confident that their customers trust them to not check after the fact! And to make matters worse when he addressed it with them they said oh the guy must have read the ticket order wrong. Excuse me?!? How when it’s clearly a new tire listed on the invoice and the price is nowhere near the price of plugging a tire! Then the manager had the audacity to say well we’re not going to charge you for the price of the plug that’s $60 and we can’t refund you until 2-3 weeks!! What the actual heck?!?! This is not the Butler of old days clearly! Can you imagine how many other people they have done this to and also now I’m questioning their tire quality because if you could do something this trifling there’s no telling what else they are doing! Go elsewhere they cannot be trusted!
