  My son called me saying his car was inoperable. He called your company. Was advised an hour to an hour half to get to him. He received a call back with in 15 mins. Curtis the operator was efficient, quick, made it look easy lol, polite and had excellent customer service. You make this bad situation a little more bearable. I thank quick response and delivery of the car back home. Curtis you are an excellent representative for this company.

  I’m part of a car ministry at my church. Since we are a downtown church, we have many walk in’s on Sunday mornings with transportation needs. I called Watkins towing for help towing a vehicle owned by a homeless man who needed a new fuel pump installed. When I explained my situation to Justin, he said no problem he could help and there would be no charge. I was speechless and thanked him for his generosity. It is one thing to talk the talk but Watkins walks the walk! Thank you Justin, Chris and Watkins towing for loving on your community!

  Absolutely horrible experience with Walking Towing. The staff was rude, unprofessional, and acted like helping customers was an inconvenience. Communication was terrible from start to finish — nobody could give a straight answer, and the wait time was ridiculous. On top of that, the pricing felt completely unreasonable for the level of service provided. My vehicle was handled carelessly, and the entire process added unnecessary stress to an already bad situation. I would not recommend this company to anyone unless you enjoy being ignored, overcharged, and treated disrespectfully.

  Omg! I couldn’t express in words how excited I’m to have called Watkins Towing to safe my life! We are just in the beginning of the masters week and Easter! My truck went out on me during my lunch break and I had to leave it parked until I was able to come back and get things situated! Justin came to pickup my truck faster than he said he would! I called other companies and they “passed me by”. They went to another call! Again thank you for coming to pick my truck and now it’s on the way to shop! Also prices weren’t ridiculous and I didn’t need to take a loan to pay for their services!

  If I could leave 0 starts I would. My rating is strictly on the CUSTOMER SERVICE ETIQUETTE of the receptionist. I requested the services at 2:45 pm with an estimated arrival time of 60-90mins. Due to not receiving proper updates, I checked the status of my vehicle at 4:45pm and it no longer had an eta time on Agero. I then called the company who stated that they were caught up with a wreck and would not be able to make it to retrieve my vehicle before the location closed. I expressed my frustrations and that’s when the lady started raising her voice yelling back and forth with me and then hung up the phone in my face. Very unprofessional and horrible customer service/communication!
