- ABamari Berec4 days ago1.0I am a regular at pullapart for a couple years and have spent quite a bit of money here. I went to pull a part yesterday for the 40% off sale. Bought a bumper, when I went to check out the guy tried to charge me for a steel bumper and the pieces of plastic on it as ‘trim piece’ (which came on the bumper from the factory). I was very upset and said I wasn’t buying the bumper if that was the case because I could buy it brand new for that price. Then I noticed the $15 in service fees? And the employee said “that’s just tax” when I asked what the service fee was for… tax was right underneath it on the computer so clearly it was not ‘tax’, so when I asked again he said “it’s a pullapart tax I don’t know” and he gave me some extreme attitude. I am very displeased with my experience and will consider other junkyards before pullapart now. To add to it, I paid cash, had already paid admission fee, and pulled the part myself. So I don’t see what service I paid for? Not to mention the young girl with braids that is usually at the register is very rude and usually does not know what to ring a part up as.

He had everything done so fast. he was very professional with such a positive attitude. Nick will definitely be the reason that I use pool apart again
- DDdcgregoryaJun 15, 20261.0Be aware if you buy something like a console their price list has it for $35 but then they charge you $15 for each side of the console like as if it were extra parts. Basically doubles the price of the part and you don't find this out until after you've disassembled it for an hour. At that point it's the same price pulled for you from another yard. They even charge you for the screws that hold the assembly together. You're better off just paying the same money on car-part and they'll pull it and show you a picture of it and you know exactly what it'll cost and you can just pick it up and they don't play games of charging you extra for the screws that hold the lid on.
