I will never do business with this company ever again after being lied to and deceived about coupons, discounts and pricing. They told me I can only apply a coupon towards the part and not the core charge, but if you don't have a core you're paying full price for the part. They claim to give you credits when you make a purchase on your VIP account and you do not get them. I am retired and will make it a point to post my negative reviews

Really nice how they ride around and passes out water to customers on these super hot days. Tony and Brandon saw me sweating and tired they stop gave me a cold water and asked if they could help me get to the building to check out great customers service.

I was a little sketched out by the rules of "no jack stands or jacks", as I was going to be under a vehicle propped up on rims...and.. how do you take a wheel off when the parking brake doesnt work and the wheels off the ground... sure they are spot welded but.. I dont trust the balance points chosen. Also makes it incredibly difficult to pull any big components like Trans/ blocks but I digress. Prices were more than fair. Staff was chill and helped me figure out how to get that wheel off while in the air. The method didint really work, but others in the yard saw me struggling and lent an electric impact wrench to get it done. Theres some good brotherhood in a junk yard. Facility was clean, porttapotty was decent shape, would had been nice to allow the lady access to a real bathroom but I understand why they keep staffs seperate. Overall, ill be back when I need oem parts that I cant afford new.
