  Would give 10 stars if possible! I won't throw other car rental business names under the bus, but let's just say one of the other ones let me down bad! But then to the rescue Katelynn G was there!! I was so stressed and also on a business trip with a lot on the line and she got me all up and going with a car in a instant. She was funny and kind, really what i needed at that time. I can't say enough how thankful I am she was there. *Note to company if you are seeing this, give this woman a raise! She is exactly the type of person you want representing your company. Even at almost midnight she was happy to help. Thanks again for everything Katelynn you are awesome and hopefully I get to see you again during my journeys! 10 star service!!!

  I ask for a full size auto they gave me a Nissan Altama it's like sitting in the cockpit of a sport car. Did not even have a good full size on the lot.
