  I am writing to express my disappointment with the level of customer service I received during my recent oil change. I want to make clear that I have no issue with your employees recommending additional services or attempting to upsell customers. I understand that recommending maintenance and additional services is a normal part of operating a successful automotive service business, and I have no objection to being presented with those options. My concern is what happened after the oil change itself was completed. After several unsuccessful attempts to sell me additional services, I was promptly checked out and provided with my paid invoice. I was then escorted toward my vehicle, at which point the cashier and the technician who had driven my vehicle out of the service bay quickly disappeared. When I got into my truck, I discovered that my glove box had been emptied and approximately half of its contents had been left scattered across the passenger-side floorboard and passenger seat. The remaining contents had simply been thrown back into the glove box. These items had been neatly organized inside my glove box before I brought the vehicle in. I understand that the glove box contents may have needed to be removed in order to inspect or recommend replacement of the cabin air filter. However, there is absolutely no reason that my personal belongings could not have been carefully removed, handled respectfully, and returned to the glove box in the same organized condition in which they were found. What made the situation even more disappointing was that the interior of my vehicle had apparently received virtually no attention after the service was completed. The floors were not vacuumed, the dashboard was not wiped down, and the inside glass was not cleaned. After paying $108.00 for an oil change, I expected a considerably higher level of attention to detail. What concerns me most is the contrast between the amount of effort spent attempting to sell me additional services and the apparent lack of effort spent making sure I was satisfied with the service I actually purchased. Again, I am not complaining about the upselling itself. I understand why businesses do it and recognize that additional maintenance and repairs can be beneficial. My concern is that the emphasis appeared to be heavily focused on generating additional revenue, while basic customer service and respect for my personal property seemed to become secondary. A customer should not have to purchase additional services in order to receive basic courtesy, attention to detail, and respect for their vehicle and personal belongings. I left your facility with the impression that once I declined the additional services, the primary objective was simply to complete the transaction and get me out the door. That is disappointing, particularly after spending $108.00 for what should have been a routine service visit. I have been a customer because I expected a professional level of service, but this experience has caused me to seriously reconsider where I will take my vehicle for future oil changes and maintenance. I will likely begin looking for another service provider—one that places the same importance on customer satisfaction and care of the customer's vehicle as it does on generating additional sales. I hope management will take this feedback seriously. I am not asking for special treatment; I am simply expecting the basic level of care and respect that any customer should reasonably receive.

  my most recent experience here, not the greatest, had some troubles with my oil filter so i couldn't receive a full oil change, but was still charged 80 dollars for replaced oil. The manager steady attempted to upsell me (which i understand is there job) but wouldn't even slap the crumbs out of my cabin air filter for me just wanted me to buy a new one. I then had to return because they forgot to tighten my splash guard, mostly unhappy due to paying 80 dollars and couldn't receive the 26 dollars off oil change promotion because i "didn't receive a full oil change". Since this is google I will say i have hit or miss experiences here, once they put the wrong oil in my impala and right after, I had to face the repairs but was granted with a free oil change from my 2200 dollar repair bill, but other than that, they do pretty good beside the constant staff changes!
