I am a widow and I live on a Pension and I thought my car didn’t like kept coming on and I thought that was it then they came out and told me after all they did that was not it. I needed a new jet fuel jet.? And I told them why didn’t they check that first and they said they put it on the diagnostic test afterwards I was very unhappy with the service I got I will not be going back there again

Went today for tire rotation and the lady at desk was very nice and professional...however the technician was rude ...after pulling my truck into bay he came to tell me my tires could not be rotated because of my running boards. I tried to explain it was not a problem when tires were placed on truck and he said "I didn't put tires on your truck and I can't rotate them...was very rude and totally unprofessional. I will not take my truck back to the Tobacco Rd.business ever again
